This is a further addition to my ever expanding collection of RT brushes. Having become a big fan of the buffing brush for applying foundation, I thought I'd give this blush brush a go. It's quite a large fluffy brush, and though densely packed, it has a lot of "give" - so I particularly like it for blending out my blusher (especially if I've been a bit heavy handed with a blusher!). Whilst I do use it for application of blusher as well, I actually prefer to apply blusher with a smaller angled blush brush (MAC) for more targeted application and then blend it out with this RT blush brush. In fact I mostly use this brush for applying bronzing powder as I can sweep it all over my face very efficiently - for this and blending blusher this brush does an amazing job - and all for a great price.I'd highly recommend the RT brushes - they definitely give MAC brushes a run for their money! Ooh and I have washed this several times (I've owned it several months and tend to wash it at least once a week) with no fall-out. Also dries very quickly!

I've had this brush for nearly two years now and am very pleased with it. Bought as my first 'proper' make up brushes and I don't think I'll ever need to change them again. The tapered design of the bristles means that the product gets placed on the skin with the top bristles and then the others around them blend it in. It does all of the hard work for you!I use this for bronzer, blush and powder, and I like how it isn't a huge brush so you can be more precise with where you place the product. The weighted bottom means that it will stand by itself on a flat surface, and it has always washed very well; not a bristle has shed from it. I use normal shampoo or hand wash to clean it in cold water (warm water can melt the glue holding the bristles in place),and it works well- no expensive brush cleaner is needed.Just like the other Real Techniques brushes I own I am very pleased with it. They're affordable, don't lose bristles and do a great job.

I really like this brush I wasn't sure I would because many reviews said it was too big for its intended purpose but I think its perfect ! it blends perfectly without adding too much product the shape of the brush ensures perfect application and distribution of product as all the real techniques brushes do - I really struggle to understand why anyone would argue its purpose especially when it has been deigned by very talented make up artist!!! im not sure its the softest brush I have ever used but I do think brushes can be too soft and therefore not as precise on application this is just perfect in size shape and softness. I am very happy with my purchase I now have everyone of these brushes that i wish to own (blush , powder, core collection, starter kit and expert face brush) they all together make make-up application a breeze and give the most perfect and dare I say radiant application ever.

I purchased this brush during the Black Friday sale and I really didn't have a use for it to start with. It's fairly easy to use and clean and has very soft bristles. Probably not the best tool for blush, but works well to do subtle contouring, highlighting and setting smaller areas with powder. As the bristles are rather open at the tip it spreads out colour very subtly.I have tried several times to use it with liquid or cream products (picking it up from the back of my hand where it's already spread out) and it does not work. The bristles don't pick up any product and if I add any more they stick to each other. Is it a useful brush to have if you are very passionate about makeup and want to give it a go?Probably yesWould I repurchase now that I am trying to use my many many brushes a little more? Probably not

I've had this brush for 3 years and it is still in great condition. The brush head has the perfect size for powdering or highlighting small areas. I mostly use it to set the under eye concealer or on the areas where I've done some spot concealing. Then I go over with a powder puff. This really helps to keep the concealer in place. The bristles are super soft and I've experienced no shedding. The only thing I don't like about this brush line is the colors which I find are more suited for younger girls. However, can't complain too much because the quality is great and so is the price.Would recommend buying it if you need a small setting brush and are on a budget or just looking for something thatisn't made of natural hair.

Best brush for setting powder after the concealer under the eyes. Prefect side for reaching those are under your eyes to set that concealer from creasing. Plus, it's Real Technique, home of the quality brushes at affordable prices. Doesn't matter if you are a celebrity makeup artist or someone who does their own makeup, everyone knows Real Technique for their amazing quality brushes despite the low price mark. The hair doesn't shed from the brush even after wash after wash. Even after using it everyday for over 3years, it still looks and function as if I bought it yesterday. This is an essential brush in any girls makeup/brush kit. Very versatile and high quality, just like all other Real Technique brushes.

This is the only brush I use to set my under eye concealer. The bristles are soft but not 100% smooth so they have texture to be able to grab and place a good amount of powder without wasting, which I love. Excellent precision for applying powder to specific areas. I use this to dust under eyes for light 'baking' and applying powder to places without leaving cakey.thanks to it's versatility it's a girls best friend. Can be used to set the under eye, blend concealer, shadow, apply highlighter and set targeted areas. The bristles are super soft and synthetic so great for use with both powder and creamThe price is reasonable for the quality and it's a good tool to have in your collection.

I recently purchased a Real Technique brush after hearing so many positive things about the collection. I didn't see how a brush could be any different to others, all I noticed was the price difference. After actually using the brush, it's clear to say the change IS noticeable!I use this brush to blend my make up as it works an absolute dream.. It is so gentle and the brush itself is very soft and actually does blend so well. I use this for my bronzer, blush and blending. It's amazing. I will never use another blending/blush brush again! I am really excited to get many more Real Technique brushes in the future to see how these increase my make up looks. Would really recommend :)

The blush brush is soft and fluffy, and it picks up loose powder really well. Only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that the bristles spread out a bit too much when applying powder, so rather than getting a concentrated application, the powder applies in a larger area.I think this is a great brush for setting powder/ bronzer, but will use a different brush specifically for blush. I also do not recommend using this for blending, and the bristles are too plush and fluffy. The quality is excellent for the price, and with the right care I think this brush will last me a long time. Please let me know if you found my review helpful by indicating below. I've always wanted to purchase real techniques brushes as they were highly raved about but wasn't sure about getting an entire set. The setting brush was one that seemed like you can use it for a lot of things which is why I purchased it. The delivery was prompt, came in nicely packaged within it's box. On first touch it felt really soft. When washing it, I had no problems with any shedding, or colour staining and it washed really nice. Using it under the eyes, it wasn't scratchy, stiff or hard. Picked up the powder and applied really nicely. Since then I have purchased many of the real techniques brushes as I think they are great value for the price and such good quality.

The brush itself is very good and it works really well to apply different types of mineral products such as a bronzer or a blusher. I use it for both blush and bronzer. However they don't come in the most brilliant condition. They do come scratched and some of the bristles were falling out, which when you pay a lot of money for just one brush you'd expect the product to be in immaculate condition if stated they were new. Maybe buy this brush elsewhere or in a supermarket so you can see what you are getting. The delivery isn't that brilliant either and they take their time to dispatch. The brush itself regardless though is brilliant, so I do highly recommend these brushes.

I bought this as part of a two piece bundle with a Bourjois blusher in Rose Éclat. All Real Techniques brushes are brilliant as far as I'm concerned, and this one is no exception. The brush head is larger than those I used to use, but because it has a rounded top, it fits the contours of my face perfectly. The bristles are beautifully soft as well. My only problem with Real Techniques is getting the brushes out of the plastic boxes they come in ?.I haven't used Bourjois blushers in years, but will getting a few more I think. Rose Éclat is a lovely tone, not too pink, not too brown. And with the brush it leaves a lovely soft natural glow. 5* all round.

This is a lovely brush. I have 2, one to apply highlight and one to apply powder on concealer under my eyes, around my nose, chin and middle of the forehead. It's flat so easy to pat powder onto all of those areas without disturbing foundation or concealer. And it applies highlight really well too, just the right amount. It's a good all round brush, you could even contour with this I feel, or 'bake' underneath your contour. Really excellent quality for the price, it picks up product well and lays it beautifully too. So pleased with this, really glad it's part of my kit. if you're thinking about buying it, do it, you won't be disappointed.

I received this today an am yet to use it. However I am happy with the delivery service and incredibly impressed with the quality of the brush itself for the price I played. I have been searching for this brush and have been unable to find it in any stores nearby.I own a lot of RT brushes and this might be the one I'm most excited for to set my under eye makeup because I apply quite heavy concealer to this area and hopefully this brush will help to pack a good amount powder on. I would recommend RealTechnique brushes to everyone who prefers applying make-up with brushes as opposed to finger application.

this brush is a near-perfect size for setting under-eye concealer quickly and efficiently, it works well on the sides of the nose too. being smaller, this is also a more preferable size for contouring the sides of the nose than the otherwise great contour brush (found in the core collection). i have found that this is also great for applying and blending any harsh highlight lines. i have had this brush for three weeks, used it around ten times and washed it three - and have experienced no shedding at all. as always with real techniques, this dries amazingly quickly.
