I'm in love with this brush! So far it's the best powder brush, tha I have and I use it every day to set my face and neck with compact powder. Bare in mind, I have never used any professional brushes and I compare it to other drugstore brushes. It does the job, powder blends well and is distributed equally, there are no blotches or anything like that. Somebody commented that the powder stays on the brush and doesn't transfer well on the face. I did not notice that. My face becomes a bit more matt after I use the brush. Also, as I have quite a dry skin, I don't like to put too much powder on my face and this one helps with that. I washed it only 3 times so far, so, I cannot comment on durability as yet. However, I did not have any bristles shedding.Cons: I'd like the bristles to be a bit softer. It's just a tiny bit too hard on my face. The brush clumps up in few days and towards the end of the week I start thinking maybe to use another powder brush. But I still love it very much and just bought a second one, so I could use it when the first one will clump up :)

When I needed a new powder brush, this was not my first choice. I wanted the Sigma.I just couldn't justify the price, so after seeing this in a few Youtube videos, I decided to just get this as a temporary solution until I budgeted for the Sigma.Well, my darlings, let me tell you, this brush is wonderful! Nice big fluffy soft bristles that cover a large area and applies mineral foundation so seamlessly it looks like you have been Photoshopped. In real life.No shedding, hurrah! I wash my brushes once a week and wipe them clean with surgical spirit on a paper towel every day (my skin is beyond ridiculous and I have to be super scrupulous if I don't want to wake up with a plague like crust of spots on my face)and still, nice and soft and not a single bristle lost. Amazing. Well done Sam Chapman!

A Real Techniques brush is always an excellent investment, and the Powder Brush is no exception. I've owned several powder brushes, such as the MAC 116, 129 and 187 brushes, EcoTools powder brush and the Sigma F30. The Real Techniques powder brush blows them all out of the water; sometimes price does NOT reflect quality! In terms of powder application, the brush disperses the powder exactly where I want it and because the head of the brush is so huge, it does it in double quick time! The bristles of the brush feel so soft and keep hold of the powder, without making your face resemble a cake. It works well with loose and pressed powders, I just love using this brush with my MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural to set my make up.It also washes and dries very well. I love Real Techniques brushes!

Love all Real Techniques brushes! I'm not a huge user of power (only ever powder over concealer and in my T-zone) but when I do use it I usually reach for a little powder puff rather than a brush. I find that puffs ands sponges eat less product. However sometimes it can look a little cakes or in unblended - that's where this brush comes in! This is big enough to be suitable, but not overly large like some powder brushes can be. It's also nice and soft, but not too soft. It's soft enough not to irritate my sensitive skin but firm enough to actually move powder around on the face. I use this daily to buff in my powder and also on the days I'm a little heavy-handed with the blusher.A must-havefor any makeup brush collection and a good brush regardless of budget.

I just bought this brush as well as the stippling brush. I am outstanded by both! I originally wanted to buy just the stippling brush but I had a feel of this one and I am SO glad that I did! This bush is HUGE - almost the size of my fist and it is SO soft! I cheekily brushed it on my boyfriends face before applying my powder with it at home, and he even described it as a bunny rabbit tail! (And if a male with rough skin can tell that, then you can see how soft it feels on my already soft skin!!)I use it for my finishing powder and it applies like a dream!I love it, will have a look at the entire range now and I will certainly tell all my friends about them!!!Thank you for making such GREATbrushes and at affordable prices too!

Great brush! Cruelty free, synthetic and very big and soft. The brush picks up the powder easily (loose powder or compact powder) and the result is natural and sophisticated. The brush feels so luxury, every day I feel so happy to use it! If you're looking for the perfect powder brush, this is it!I used this brush for half a year now and I bought this together with some other Real Techniques face brushes. I wanted to invest in higher quality brushes (cruelty free and synthetic) and read many reviews before purchasing. All are great quality brushes and make your make-up very flawless! After multiple washes (with baby shampoo or mild shampoo without sulfates or parabens)they don't loose much to none hairs and the quality remains.

Boy, it's been awhile since I've used this brush since I tend to be a brush snob and have well over 420 of them. I started out using Real Technique brushes and I remember falling in love with the powder brush since it was so soft and fluffy. This does an excellent job at holding onto the right amount of powder and applying it easily to your face. Of course you can use it for anything you like but I've only used it with loose powder or if I need a little extra help blending out my bronzer and blush since sometimes they don't blend out very well. Real Techniques has never done me wrong and I guess that after buying brush after brush,I just kinda forgot about this one so now I think I'll give it a try again tomorrow!

I have read alot of great reviews on the real techniques brushes and have always lusted over them. I decided to buy this powder brush as it is the type of brush I use everyday. When I received the brush I was really pleased with the packaging, it looked very expensive. I used the brush and everyone doesn't go mad over them for no reason, it's amazing! The hairs are soooo soft and feel great on the skin. I would choose this over the MAC 150 powder brush that I have which is soft but it is far too stiff to apply powder flawlessly. Comparison in price is great too! At just over £10 this brush is the best ever and I hope to purchase the other range of real techniques brushes. Well done Sam!!!

My partner bought me the starter pack of these brushes for Xmas & has since bought me the other set for eyes. These are quite simply the best makeup brushes I have ever owned. I bought this brush and another blusher brush separately to complete the set. I bought them for my friend for her birthday, she is an expert at makeup. She has never had these brushes before and was over the moon with them. She can't get over the quality for such a reasonable price. I have converted loads of family and friends to them now. Don't waste your money on more expensive brushes, these are much better anyway plus half the price. Highly recommend.

I do love this brush. It is quite a big brush but I like that. It's also very fluffy and a pleasure to use. Gives an even finish. I use it apply loose compact and/ or my setting powder. My favourite thing about this brush is however its amazing quality and the fact that it's cruelty-free (massive thumbs up). It's very easy to wash but dries quite fast. Doesn't shed at all! The handle is sturdy and the brush can stand up which is awesome and really practical, especially if you have to do your make-up in less than ideal hygiene conditions, e.g. when travelling.

Arrived quickly, high quality brush that I paid slightly less for on Amazon than I would have done in a shop which is great. My only issue is that the black tip on the handle has a thin rubber coating that if scratched pay peel away to reveal the shiny black material beneath - mine has a slight scratch on it so you can see this material beneath but not to the extent that I would say it is a product flaw, merely that you just need to be wary of deep scratches. Overall great product with bristles that stay put and don't fall off when used or washed :)

Honestly one of the best brushes I have ever used. No shedding. Even coverage. When using the brush it keeps a lot of my powder foundation on the bristles instead of dusting most of it into the air. I love the fact that you can stand the brush up by itself eliminating the need to place it inside a brush holder. The only draw back some may find is that the brush is rather large. If you were looking for a brush that is easily portable this is not the brush for you.I would recommend any brush from the whole range. They are impeccably made.

I bought this to use with Bare Minerals as the Bare Minerals brush I have sheds terribly and the bristles are quite flimsy. Real Techniques brushes were recommended to me by a friend. This brush although on the large side is brilliant. No shedding, very robust though bristles are soft and I love how the handle is flat at the end so you can stand it upright. More hygienic than lying flat on surfaces. I would like it to be a little smaller but I'm not taking any stars off for that as I knew the size when I bought it.

I have been umming and ahhing over buying this for a while so when I recieved a amazon gift voucher I went straight ahead and bought this. It's a amazing brush, perfect for applying a powder, finishing powder or a light bronzer. The bristles are so soft and there has been no shedding whatsoever. I'm in love with it so much I went ahead and bought two more Real Technique brushes so if your unsure because its £10.00, don't worry its worth it and is definitely comparable to MAC or Bobbi Brown brushes.

For years I have purchased expensive make up brushes to then replace after a few months. This all changed once I came across the Real Technique brush range. The brushes are affordable, soft and easy to clean. I still replace my brushes after a few months as I love the new, fresh brush feel but this is just a personal choice as with regular cleaning these brushes could last a lot longer. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to other brand brushes as these are great quality and excellent value for money!
