Didn't appear to come with an adapter plug so I contacted supplier. They sent me one straight away which fitted perfectly and securely. After a few weeks I found the originally supplied adapter hidden under the plastic molding.....oops! I have used my engraver on many glass engraving projects over several months and have found it to be ideal.It is lightweight and easy to handle. One review complains about having to hold the button down to keep the motor going but I like the fact that the motor stops the instant I let release my hold. I find the button is in a comfortable position to keep it pressed while working. Personal preference I guess!I used a minicraft engraver for years but could not replace it when it wore out so I bought a dremel.

Excellent so far...BUT not supplied with an adaptor for 13 amp sockets! Needed an inset socket as pins not straight to start with. Push in fit for bits - keep small pliers in box to remove! Not used it enough to guage longevity. Supplied with nice glass as practice piece and some designs to get you started.

Nice tool works well no vibration.Be aware that this item comes minus an adapter for UK sockets but a shaver plug works well.A very good start up engraver.

Really good piece of equipment. Loved it. The only thing was getting a plug adapter to use it in UK.
