Received this as a present and while it was not hight on my agenda of games to play beforehand I gave it a chance.Since then I have played through a season of the career mode that is on offer and had great fun with it.Even if you don't know much about cycling as a sport it doesn't take long to pick up on the tactics that will win races for you, whether they are single stage races or the longer ones like the Tour de France that really takes its toll on your riders.It has a good number of options - Track cycling and the outdoor season, then within each there are a number of options.In the outdoor races you can try a career mode,

If what you're after is an uncomplicated game that does not take you gazillion years to get used to, then this is the game for you. I mastered it after about 2 hours and now I can derive plenty of fun from playing it.
