I am appalled towards some of the reviews on this game. This game is a remake so it needs to be graded on that scale. Giving it a 1 star for being a remake and not an all new game is ignorant and plain stupid. It says right on the case " The classic returns." to buy this game used, for ps1, and disk only is around forty dollars. I paid 8 for a brand new sealed copy for psp. In no way do I feel ripped off. The overall design of the case is good, and the instruction booklet is very colorful and full feeling -- I notice nowadays booklets aren't nearly as good or helpful as they used to be. The additions are nice but no reason to re-purchase an already owned game.

I've played the original Parappa the Rapper on the PS1 and played this version and I really don't understand where this game gets so much hate from. Sure it's defiantly missing Um Jammer Lammy and Parappa the Rapper 2 but its a brilliant remake of the original with all the songs in tact and the gameplay tweaked to being not as broken as the original which makes it my personal choice to play.It is criminally short for a rhythm music game with only 6 song, but this is a fantastic PSP game which will have you humming the songs in your head for days and challenge you in creating your own personal raps.This is definitely worth adding to any psp library,

I love rhythm games and played many of them. before Parappa the Rapper, I played Gitaroo Man and mastered it on every difficulty, so I figured I would breeze right through this game with no difficulty, right? ....Wrong. The challenge here for certain levels is very real, but the ability to master this game is also present. I love the wacky nutball humor of this game, too. The only downside is playing it in public made me look like a crazy person, as I frantically mashed buttons and chuckled outloud at certain nonsensical things throughout the crazy story. If you like this game, be sure to give Gitaroo Man a go too!

Just as fun as I remember it and for the listed price worth buying if you like rhythm games. Only issue I have with this is trying to get the newly added dlc tracks the link is broken so no one can download the new tracks made for this edition which sucks. Other than that I enjoyed this game and the music even if it is a corny game to some.

great game, throwback which i had fond memories of as a psone gamer and the tracks are catchy. Short and silly and best parappa game out of the 2.(unjammy lammy doesnt count in the parappa realm though it is great and possibly better than this due to multiplayer mode and the ability to play as parappa)

PaRappa The Rapper has become one of my all time favorite games. Not only does it have cute characters it has really upbeat songs that make you want to play the same level over and over again.

I loved this game as a kid and I love it now as an adult. The game can be very difficult at times, especially trying to get a Cool rating on the last song, but it is definitely worth the buy.

This has all the rapping happy feeling from the original Playstation 2 version but on the portable. It's short but tons of fun with catchy songs on each level that you're not soon to forget.

I used to play this game when i was younger on Playstation 1. I recently found this and had to have it! I have a PSP which made it really easy. It was so cheap I just had to buy it

The controls are a bit hard to get used to, but the game looks pretty good. And it works.. And the package wasn’t damaged... I would recommend this to any rhythm game collector...

The game compensates for only having six levels by being extremely difficult. The music is fun and unique. Much better than Dance Dance Revolution.

Love this game so I had to get it for my psp. Game game in the seal with no damage to the case or disk.

Too bad you can't have more than one save profile. But so fun! And mine came new and unused!

One of my favorite PSOne games! Love having it in a portable version. A must play!
