For such a normal looking UC headset this has INCREDIBLE base, with great mids and a nice crisp top end, I am seriously impressed!It has superior build quality, it feels solid, expensive and quite opposite to some of the more plastic models I've come across.The ANC feature is almost equally as outstanding, near silence with almost all background ambient humming/buzzing tuned out leaving only the distance less distinct audio of general office conversation, nowhere near as loud as when I remove the headset.The handoff between devices, particularly my PC and just phone just works, flawlessly. The gestures of removing the headset, which in turn mutes the conversation or pauses music and resumes when you return the headset to your ears,

I’m using this Plantronics headset as I recently became a home-based worker. The very low cost cabled headset I was given by my employer worked but it was uncomfortable, terrible sound quality and meant I was literally cabled to the desk all day. I tried using a very expensive Bluetooth headset I already own, but this was too heavy and too uncomfortable to use all day and the microphone is in the wrong place, so gave issues on conference calls.The Plantronics Voyager Focus has been a great choice for me. It’s very comfortable even after a whole day of wearing it, gives good sound for the audio conferences and the boom microphone has greatly improved the audio for those listening to me.

I spend my life on the road in noisy environments with frequent calls. This headset absolutely works brilliantly for this. For example, callers don’t notice if I take a call in a street or in a taxi. Sound quality is great also for music and the noise cancellation is useful on flights as well.It allows to connect two devices but this can also lead to confusion (the phone has priority over a pc video call and an incoming phone caller will temporarily take you out of your zoom or Webex voip call).The construction is a bit brittle - the plastic connection to the earpieces is not made for the outward pressure exercised when wearing the headset.

Bought these because I was fed up of using a desk phone and no one being able to hear me when using my phone headphones due to background noise at work. These are super comfortable, the noice cancelling for background noise incredible and sound quality for listening to music top notch. These are the best multifunctional headphones I’ve ever tried. The Jabra are ok as well, but these were better. I love that there is a button I can press that allows me to hear ambient noice while wearing so if anyone talks to me I press a button and it reduces music and lets me hear what’s happening around me. They attach to two phones at the same time.

I work at home 2 days a week and do regular conference calls. I bought these to allow me to continue working hands free. Quality set. Comfortable. Compact. Very good sound reproduction considering size. Being on-ear sound does leak but not sufficiently to annoy. The sound cancelling does work but there is a limit to what an on-ear set can achieve ... my Bose QC25s are much better at noise cancelling. The supplied bluetooth usb adapter flashes different colours to tell you whether you are on mute etc which is very useful. The headphone detect when they are taken off and mute the signal. Likewise when you put them back on, they un-mute.

Overall a good product at a reasonable price. In particular, the voice quality on calls (and removal of background noise) is much better than the much more expensive Bose Quiet Comfort I was using before. This is my primary use case. Good battery life.To be aware of:- I have experienced lots of glitches with the dual (bluetooth) pairing capability - it just gets completely confused all the time/fails to answer calls/gets the priority wrong. Unusable for me,- The feedback of your voice (to prevent you shouting on calls) doesn't really work. Other headphones do this much better I understand- Noise cancellation (e.g. when listening to music) is pretty basic

Pros - long list:the best headphones i have ever owened - by a long long way.I had a pair of Jabra - which are rubbish in comparison to these.sound - excellent, reception as good as it can be, clarity of 2 way communication - first class.charges - fairly long few hours.connectivity - ideal for laptop or phone - or PC (i use all 3)I work from home - i do skype CBT - and tone, clarity, consitency of connection, noise cancellation, are all - sublime.I also enjoy music or netflix on these - so much so - i stopped using my over ear headphones by Bludio - so yes - buy these. Plantronics - superb.Cons - i will let you know when i find one.

Fantastic sound. I got also a pair of Bose and a PLT Backbeat Pro 2 SE. The sound is comparable when listening to Music on e.g. a mobile device. Since they are on-ear (and not overear) they cannot compete with BOSE and Backbeat but they are not far behind. I like them since they are not that warm as the over-ear-version. Also, the size is good for smaller laptop bags.In conclusion: The perfect headset that does everything does not exist but this is fairly close!ps. The BT600-Dongle that came with the headset has a range of maybe 15 meters (office, open space).

It’s not cheap but it’s hardware quality and call quality are some of the best we used. It’s recently had a firmware update to certify it for Microsoft Teams with specific MS Teams actions based on physical button presses. I’ve used it with Skype for Business before we switched to MS Teams. Sound quality and comfort are very good. People on the call have no complaints of my audio. My spouse has bought one since lockdown working from home after using mine repeatedly. They moved from a wired headset and is VERY happy with this Plantronics VF B825m.

I like the build quality, stand and ease of use. The ear cover material doesn make your ears a bit hot on longer calls. My main concern is that the sound on bluetooth is sometimes stutters / broken audio and I have to switch back to my phone speaker. The headset then seems to get a better connection. i haven't yet figured out what is causing this but will evaluate the product a little longer before deciding on a return as I like them and hope to keep them.

Stylish and comfortable bluetooth headphones. Remember these are bluetooth dependant so unless you have devices with working reliable bluetooth these are not for yuo. These can be worn all day with comfort, good working headphones. The voice prompts are good and the ability to pair with upto eight devices, two active at anyone time. Auto muting system works well and thebluetooth dongle gives excellent staus cues. Read other reviews for more info.

I've got high end Bluetooth headphones but the mic on them aren't very good for voip calls and webinars etc. I was fed up of my wired headset with boom mic so took the plunge with this BT headset. Wow just wow. Excellent audio quality and with boom mic all my listeners can hear me fine. Love the ability of multi use and have it linked to phone. Simple auto switching between devices. Also very comfortable for wearing all day.

It works great. Sound of microphone in noisy environments, good range, multiple devices connected, mute button, volume button, comfort and great battery.Improvement would be to have a hard case for traveling.The noise cancelation is great in the office. But not as good as Bose quiete.Perfect for people that spend 3-4 hours on the phone.

This headset is mainly for calls but also good for music. Easy to use and nobody complains of background noise. Battery life is good, easily lasts a day after heavy use.Bluetooth quality does degrade at times, not sure why but could be my S8 Android phone as not noticed issue when using with laptop.

These are one of the best things I have bought in ages. I spend a lot of time of conference calls for work and these are comfy, battery life is great and the noise cancelling excellent. I also use them for listen to music at my desk as you can have connected to your PC and phone at the same time.
