I'm using the over-ear loop rather than the over-head hoop and the headset earpiece doesn't fit very well unless you really manipulate it in.The other issue is that for a standard phone the call button doesn't integrate very well. You either need a lifter or a separate cable, so you still need to use the handset to start and end calls.
