I'm glad I got this. The reason why I have given it a 4 and not a 5 star is because it took a while for me to understand how it actually worked. Hence, setting it up took a while. A manual or a note with a link to how it could have been set up to use properly would have come in handy. However Youtube came to my rescue here or else I may have been forced to return the item. Needless to say since its proper set up with adjustment to the line - A, B, C, D, E, F, G - (I'm not sure if this is what its called), sound and mic volumes at the bottom of the charger, it has been working quite well. All in all I am pleased with the product.

Pretty good headset, however after a month of use the top flimsy piece of plastic covering the wire has snapped and separated from the unit. This would stop long hair from getting into the metal band, good job I cut mine short.Also the first base unit arrived faulty with the microphone adjuster dangling from the unit. Amazon replaced with no problems.

These headsets are prefect for the purpose needed - a helpdesk. Blanks out background noise while giving a clear and crisp sound.

Whether working from home or pottering about this is going to be the headset you wished you'd bought! Seriously happy with it...

Arrived in perfect condition. Works as expected and 2 headphone speakers kills a lot more noise
