This is a good product once up and running, however a word of caution - mine came with an older firmware version which has a known issue with certain patches of windows 10, causing the device to fail to be recognised and enter a perpetual 'reboot' loop.Fortunately, I had another computer which didn't have this issue, so was able to use that to install a firmware update fixing the issue, but if I hadn't it would basically have been bricked on arrival and needed a return. I'd thoroughly recommend checking before you order if you don't have access to a machine you're certain will work to allow the firmware update.

One of the best ~£100 buys I've ever made. Since working from home, I have been using softphone through Cisco UC / Microsoft Lync and this entailed using a cheap, wired headset plugged into the USB. Since getting this headset, I can now move around whilst on TCs, which is very useful for making a coffee, answering the door, stopping the dog from ripping up the carpet... etc. Docking station is easy to use and has clear indicator LEDs, and the mute button means no more fiddling to find the unmute button on the laptop. Definitely a good value buy - does everything that much more expensive items will.

Works well once I had got it set up correctly, but it wasn't quite obvious how to do it, and the instructions were limited. I needed to download an extra bit of software from the Jabbra site. The battery life is quite short (a few hours) before you need to recharge it. Wireless connection is excellent, at least 8 m away (I haven't tried it further away), so you can walk around while speaking. It needs a power source (not surprisingly) and a USB socket for the wireless receiver dongle. Very comfortable soft leather ear cups (not sure if real or synthetic, but nice) .

After wasting about 10 hours trying to get Windows bluetooth drivers to work on the cheaper wireless headset I'd bought, I decided to stump up for this instead. It's expensive, it's limited to devices you can plug the USB base station into, but oh it's so worth it to get something that just works. Sound and mic quality is good, the weight balance and 'grip' on your ear is comfortable for extended use, and the range and reliability is excellent. A worthwhile investment.

I liked the noise cancelling ability of this headset, any background domestic noises were not heard by clients. Great for someone like me who runs a business from home. Its light and easy to operate, and I found it perfect for leaving the desk and wandering around whilst on calls. Range is good as well, still testing just how far I can get but its good.

This was recommended to me and I have to say it does exactly what I needed. Comfortable to wear and long battery life, so far clear sound. It would have been better in it could have been delivered next day and not the day after but that said I did know this in advance.

This headset has a fantastic range, is always clear and just does what you want it to do. This is a replacement of the one I have had for the last 7+ years which still works but the speaker was finally giving up the ghost. I would definitely recommend it.
