I bought this monaural headset for dictation via my smartphone. My phone has an app that is connected to my computer, and I dictate through the app. I needed therefore a headset capable of connecting directly to my phone. This one ticks that important box. Then, I needed a mike that's precise enough that my app "hears" me very well. With this model, I don't have to repeat myself, the dictation is perfect. Second major box ticked. Then, it's very light, and I wear glasses and the headset does not interfere at all with my glasses. Absolutely perfect. I would recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time dictating. It's really brilliant I think.

I bought this because I spend half my working life on conference calls either on my mobile phone or via Skype. This works equally well for both, with the 3.5mm jack and USB connector.I had a small issue using the USB connector initially because I didn't push the 3.5mm jack fully into the socket on the audio controller. Once I figured out I needed to use a little more force it worked great.The earphones and the mic fold flat for easy storage, and I bought the recommended hard case which is good for storage and travel in a laptop bag.

I would highly recommend this product. So far used with my work PC, my MAC Book Pro, office Alcatel telephone, iPad Pro and my Samsung S7 Edge. The comfort is outstanding if you are on a long call. The sound quality (at both ends) is excellent. It has a travel bag to keep everything together which is also very handy, if like me you travel between offices on a regular basis. Although my headline indicates that it is an expensive product, if you take into account the connection options, overall it is well worth the cost!

Bought this to use with Dragon dictation software, to try and save my hands from typing.I always have issues with headsets - I think my head must be a weird shape - so this does dig in on the short (non microphone) side after a while, but it's generally comfortable to wear.Good accuracy - not perfect, but then I don't think anything is perfect.I do like being able to sit back and dictate, though, and this is a great help to do that.

...I ended up with a headache as the top really digs into your head, so I have ordered some padded strips for another make, which would appear to be the right size, just to stick on the underside of the headpiece. I haven't got round the problem of not being able to wear glasses because the grip is so tight it digs them into your head, but I'm hoping the grip loosens a bit. 4 stars because of these two problems.

Plantronics make amazing conferencing equipment. At this price point, they compete with the more expensive Jabra headsets. They do the same job for a third of the price.I've been using these for months without any issue. Fully adjustable for your big head and brilliant for Microsoft Teams and any other web conferencing program!

Because of the high price of Plantronics headsets (but you get what you pay for) I went for this wired version, rather than wireless. Also I think wired is more reliable if you need to connect quickly.Comfort, sound quality and bundled software are all excellent - highly recommended.

Use these daily for conference calls in a busy medium-loud office. Also have a Jabra equivalent that I bought before buying this. Plantronics mics and DSP is just so much better at isolating voice and eliminating noise than Jabra, at least when it comes to these headsets.

I bought 6 of these for the office as we suffer from a lot of cross talk on our conference calls. These are fantastic. They are more comfortable than others I've tried so that's good too. I've got both the mono and stereo versions. They both work well.

This Headset has very clear audio in and out, i use it for chatting on discord when playing games. after a long session it can start to dig into the side of your head abit. good mute button with light reminder. overall a good headset for the price

Perfect for work meetings. Great sound quality. Mute mic and volume controls on the wire so easy to control during long meetings and the ear part doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

Works well with headphone jack in my dell laptop computer and Xiaomi phone. Usb is micro so doesn't fit into my computer so no in line call controls but works fine for Skype.

Work well for Microsoft Teams/Skype calls. Cheap. Only down side is they don’t shield you from much office background noise, but great at home or where quiet

Great product for video conferencing. Light and comfortable to wear. Just plug them in and it works straight out of the box. Sound quality great.
