This has been a great headset for conference calls and webinars. I wanted something with a USB connection and a mute botton that didn't cost a fortune and this has been great. My only issue was on the first day, there was quite a bit of fiddling with installing the plantronics hub software (which was essential to get the mute button to work properly) and messing around with my settings to stop mute button notifications popping up. This wasn't an obvious fix, but I read a few website guides and it was easy to fix. But since I sorted that, they have been reliable and have good sound quality and are easy and comfortable to use.

Great headphones. I have then plugged into my laptop for work calls. I also have a set of Plantronics Bluetooth headphones that I never use. Reasons? Comfort and noise. I can wear these all day and not notice I have them on but better still is that as the earpieces are foam you can still hear everything around you perfectly rather than being "isolated" only problem is the wire when you forget and try and walk off :-) Hope you found this useful

We're using Skype and Slack calling, as well as MS Teams more and more in the office. I've outfitted everyone with these headsets and we're all happy. As a plus side, the audio quality is also more than good enough to listen to music with - these are just as good any pair of branded headphones. The noise cancelling mic works a treat and people no longer complain if i'm typing while on a conference call (having forgotten to mute).

Sub-£30 headset, crystal clear sound - appropriate for the cost but but as good as a £100 headset (naturally). Mic quality is good. I have a mono headset (same brand) which I prefer so as to hear the background noise of the office; this stereo headset if for a colleague who likes to listen to music in the daytime as well as teleconferences.No rating is given for noise cancellation because that's not a feature of the product.

Audio quality is good. The mic is fairly directional - good for ignoring ambient noise. Decent length of cable, not too long and not too short. In-line controls work well. Tested on MacOs and Windows - no problems. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good value "does the job" headset for conference calls, gaming and general usage.

Bought these for working from home whilst CORVID-19 pandemic is on, as have several conference calls using Skype for Business each day. Very pleased with my purchase as both sound and build quality are great, plus there is a handy control device on the cable enabling muting and changing volume. Would highly recommend.

Headphone and microphone very clear on calls. Sometimes calls are occasionally a bit too quiet, even with the volume on max but that could more be related to my handset (Pixel 2 XL) thus the reason for 4 stars. Mostly comfortable to wear, even with glasses.

Work well, just plug in and use. Long cord is handy for moving around within reason. Good build quality. The head band bit is slightly small for me but I have a big head! I like having one ear free but have also used the two ear version and that’s good too.

I bought the headset to use with Zoom. Works well and can be used on both sides of the head.I chose the USB only model so it wouldn't get taken to use with a phone and not be seen again.Reasonably rugged, I carry it in a rucksack when I am travelling.

This is a fantastic headset. I bought it to use for work using Teams, as the built in mic on my laptop was not good enough.This product is robust, noise cancelling, and has a volume and mute control. 100% recommended and totally worth the cost.

My company only use Plantronics Blackwire headsets because the sound quality is so good. Mic is clear and filters out background noise. The earphones also manage to block out background noise and are super clear.Good quality product.

Perfect every time. Had last pair 5 years before issues with cable and foam. I think that's great value for constant 5 day a week working from home mono headset. This one is just as good, maybe even better sound and microphone pickup.

Excellent product.. Working from home I needed a light weight headset that didnt hurt my head. I can spend all day on the phonw and this mono headset fits the bill. Highly recommended. Plantronics does it once again.
