I have used a Plantronics headset for years at work and decided to purchase one for myself. I am impressed with comfort and sound quality of both the mic and headphones. The one thing I do not like is that I hear my own voice fed back through the speakers when I talk. It would be nice if there was a way to adjust the level of feedback. I have used these with both Windows 10 and Linux Mint 20 with very good results. Truly plug and play.

My last Plantronics headset was from 15 years ago, with light use, and still works great. I decided to purchase this unit because it is connected via a USB port. Love the red cable, easier to spot among all the cables under my desk. The sound comes in clear. The earpads is made of high density foam but very comfortable. The cushion around the top headband provides additional comfort. Unit is well built and well designed.

I sound extremely good with this headset and it cancels out background noise so well. So many coworkers praised how well I sound after switching to this headset. I'm so on love with the audio quality that I searched if Plantronics is producing microphones only. It'd be such a good addition to my AV setup because I'm presenting at conferences often.

If you need a basic headset for Zoom (or similar) but don’t want to go wireless, this works fine. I specifically chose the corded version for simplicity, but the cord does get in the way sometimes. Overall I’m happy with it. I was considering spending over $100 on fancier headsets, but this gets the job done and seems like a bargain in comparison.

I've owned several Blackwire products and loved them all and this one is no different. I was surprised by how lightweight and easy it was on the ears. Super high quality sound as expected. I spend a lot of time on video conferences, so this is a must have for me. Highly recommend this headset!

I work from home and needed a new pair of headphones for work. I got this item within a couple days. It works amazing! The quality is great. I am super pleased with this item. Would recommend to anyone working from home!

I really like this product. I have had problems in school and other zoom meetings with people having a hard time hearing me. When I use this I get good feedback of people telling me they can hear me well.

I have used Plantronics headsets before and these don't disappoint. Very comfortable and the sound is outstanding. This is a wired-only setup, but works like a charm.

I've been using Plantronics for years and have never disappointed me. This time bought for my kids remote class. It works like a charm and audio qualify is awesome.

Nice set from the guys who know how to do it. So far the only “complaint” I that when I mute the mic, the driver (?) adds a blip. I which I could change that.
