Overall - it works just fine, is the right size, the right shape, I have big ears so it fits in my ear very neatly - people with small ears might have difficulty, but I have had none - it sits firmly in my ear, quite comfortable.The plastic support thingy that hooks around your ear that you can see in the pictures is detachable, and so I actually dont use it for simplicity's sake, since in my case it works fine without it - like an earphone, only no wires (and cooler truth be told).The battery lasts for a good long while, every two weeks or so I have to recharge it, until then the headset is perfectly fine.

This is an incredible product. So small and comfortable AND the sound is perfect. I can hear perfectly and they can hear me, even outdoors in the Irish wind.This is my first bluetooth headset and I'll never go back. It's an incredible feeling being able to talk to people on the phone without being physically connected to the actual phone - it feels like a little more freedom from the 'always on' feeling. It almost feels like the person is in the room with me when I'm talking to them.Absolutely LOVE this.

Brought this item as a present for my partner, after some research on which headset to get. I was amazed to see how prices varied. I found this seller on ebay and it offered the best deal and price for the headset. My partner now has the headset and she is very impressed with it, has she can go round the house doing her work and not worry about dashing to answer her phone when it rings, all in all a very good buy and quality product with a lot more extras than anyone else was willing to offer.

Bought the earpiece to avoid being tempted to answer my mobile phone when I'm "behind the wheel", especially as I drive for a living. Easy to setup and use. The reception is reasonable and I assume the microphone works well as everyone I've spoken to has heard me clearly. It is a shame it doesn't have a volume control built into the earpiece as this is controlled by the mobile phone volume controls.

Easy to set up. Had it up and running in less than a minute and syncs fine with my iphone. Love it and it makes listening to music and answering calls while walking to work easy. Voice controls work well. Only issue is the short range it seems to have before cutting out when streaming music or making calls. Even at less than 30 cms if its on the other side of the body from the phone it breaks up!

Dear sirThe Bluetooth was an excellent piece of instrument and the product was timely delivered hence you see a five star rating for your service and for the unit please the unit has now stopped working please can you advise what needs to be done there is no charge or light indicating that's it's on even though it is fully charged

The product arrived much quicker than expected, very impressed. Having had a Jabra earpiece before was slightly disappointed with the piece that goes into the ear, it seems to be a harder material than the previous jel material used. To date I have not found any company who could supply these jel replacements.

I bought this because it was cheap and I needed a headset quickly. what a wonderful surprise when I got it. Very good quality, very comfortable and easy to use. The only slight complaint is that I personally would have liked a little more volume, but I'm probably a bit deaf. I love it.

Very decent build quality for the low price and also easy to use as well the sound has no interference whatsoever. The only downside is the ear hook that comes off very easily so hand it carefully as the product does not include any extra accessories.

I have had several blue tooth earpieces and this one performs quite well. It connects well and the sound is clear. I find it reasonably comfortable to wear and ok to operate. Does not have independent volume control but overall is good value.

Simple but effective; nothing fancy but reasonably comfortable and secure to wear, paired with no problems, battery lasts for ages. There are better and more sophisticated products on the market, but this does me fine.

i chose this item because of its price when i started to use it i was Surprised by its Quality it may become a little uncomfirtable in the ear if you wear it for a long time but overall very good

Can't really complain. It does its job painlessly. No volume control and as with all Bluetooth headsets the quality isn't excellent. But for occasional use it's okay.

Bought this for my severely disabled son, as he finds it difficult to hold a phone when he is out and about, and he feels safer with the phone out of sight too.

Its ok for the price I paid for it, can be I little uncomfortable at times but I tend to turn it round so its pointing down which helps.
