I purchased this product for a specific purpose. Primarily to give good audio quality while working in damp outdoor conditions.I had seen good reviews about this earpiece. I am very pleased with it, although I have only been using it for about a week. I can say without reservation that this is a very well designed and intuitive designed device.Being a typical man. I have taken it and used it straight from it's box and barely read the instructions.. Yet with minimal understanding of it, I can use it quite easily and it's very forgiving to use.This earpiece gives you voice prompts. " Answer the call " " Reject the call " or gives you verbal options about what to do.

I had lost my Plantronics 5200, and couldnt quite afford another at the moment.I hummed and ahhed about the Voyager Legend would it be as good as the 5200. I read many reviews, but no one could compare both models. In my opinon this is just as good as the 5200. Fantastic design, fits easily on the ear, excellent voice quality. I simply cant live without it. Dont have any doubts about the Legend, it makes long or short calls easier on a hands free. Plantronics is a superior brand. I received it in its original packing, some reviews said they didn't. Don't buy anything else buy Plantronics, they are the market leader in handsfree devices. Received Item very quickly. Bought this as a replacement for another same unit that went bad out of warranty. I like the feel and the simplicity of it, generally get good sound out of the headset and the mic does a pretty good job of cleaning up surrounding noises. I do though use 2 phones through the Bluetooth and seems that sometimes the phones 'fight' for dominance and occasionally this unit will drop the phones. Using it through my laptop though has been a pleasure entering dictation into documents or compiling spread sheets with data. Rarely have a problem in this aspect. Wish the battery held a little longer charge, but doesn't take long to recharge either.

I have had several bluetooth headsets (a couple being hugely more expensive than this, my reasoning being that expensive equates to quality) but none have been without some fault, generally being the person to whom I was speaking was having trouble hearing me well. Because I rely on this device for business calls it is imperative that I am heard clearly and understood.With this headset I am. There is no background noise and not one person has complained of poor clarity of sound or speech. Just what I need and I can highly recommend it

Unit appears to work well to date. Not sure if this item is 100% brand new or refurbished. Was delivered wrapped in bubble wrap inside an opened clear plastic Voyager Legend v4.2 container. I have not tried the item in an external or internal noisy environment, and therefore I can not confirm the purchase as being 100% genuine or brand new. If not, I hope it continues to operate and last for at least 12-months of constant use.

This is the best bluetooth headset on the market today. This is my 5th one, the only problem with them is if you put them in your pocket, they can break. I have broken 4 of them so far, but this is my fault for my looking after them. The only other downside is if (again) if you don't mind them, they become difficult to charge as its a delicate magnetic charging system. But the pros completely outweigh the negatives.

This is awesome headset that allows you to forget that you have it on your ear! The only downfall is that you cannot make it loud enough to listen to audiobook when you walk around the shops etc which is a pity but suspect it is due to risk of getting deaf. It needs some time to get use to it but otherwise is brilliant!

This design is much better suited to my needs. Previous ones I’ve had didn’t sit well in the ear, or were too small and I’d lose it!It’s great that it comes with different sized ear buds as this means you can find the best fit for you.Love the voice command too! Highly recommended ?

simply put the Voyager Legend is comfortable ,easy to us , actually runs for more that 6 hours and provides me with very good quality sound during calls.the Voice answer or ignore feature is amazing and there is no delay in answer or reject time.

comfortable to wear, clear sound, easy to operate, and for the price it is perfectionone disappointment is the tiny magnetic adaptor for recharging - it will be easy to loose and it is yet another piece of electronic kit to remember to pack

Really easy to use & wear ! Previous ones, hurt my ear. With this one, I stayed all day long wearing it, and I almost forgot that is there. Really light and most comfortable I've had. As well, veey accurate and clean sound ! Brilliant !!!

I've purchased four of them, Voyager, Voyager Pro, and two Legends. Dog killed the first one but still have the other three. I like the Legend the best. Get the charging case for it. Most comfortable BT headset on the market.

I have been using this set for last 4 years for at least 5 days a week. Never had any technical problem with this set. Unfortunately I lost it last week and I bought same one same day. Very good and reliable Bluetooth set.

Best and most handy gadget second only to my phone. Can't fault it. Perhaps the special charging connection is the only minus. Providing you have it on hand it's actually easier to use than micro USB.

Had this for 2 years replaced the ear piece a few times and the sync button no longer works but it has been used every day and it's been connected to 3 phones and 3 tablets and still keeps going.
