I am really pleased with this toothbrush as I used the flexcare platinum previously. The overall performance is very good although I found the manual regarding the mode usage slightly short on detail so contacted Philips who were more than helpful. Also the charger is a two pin plug on my model which therefore limits where it can be charged i.e the shaver socket.

Changed my review as the toothbrush packed up after 7 months...they usually last a couple of years...so I am not happy...trying to get a warranty replacement or refund now. The product itself is brilliant by the way so I am hoping this will get sorted...and I have already ordered a replacement...so I will have a spare if needed.

Love this toothbrush and different settings including the ultra violet cleaning/charger and travel case and charger. Charge lasts for about three weeks brushing twice a day. Very expensive but my previous one lasted four years before it got stuck in the clean mode so worth paying extra.

Not fully used it yet but happy so far and cleans teeth well.
