Having read the various reviews on this so far I was a little worried about how things might go, however, once it arrived (3 days EARLY) I was very impressed. The box was in a different language but the booklet inside obviously has an English section and the plug was a 2 pin instead of the standard UK 3 pin but this wasn't an issue for me, travel adaptors aren't expensive and the unit works via batteries also, so I popped 4 in and hey presto. The suction appears fine when tested on my arm but haven't tested it properly yet as I'm not due until Nov, but I have no doubt that this will be a great pump. I have seen a couple of reviews state that this didn't seem to be any good for larger breasted people.

Very good pump. I am not very comfortable with bf in public but with the effective pump like this I can pump and therefore continue bf for a longer period. A must have if you are serious for breast feeding and be not limited because of it.
