I've had a staywell cat flap with a tunnel through my conservatory wall for about 7 years. When we fitted it we glued the tunnel sections together as suggested. The flap has taken quite a battering over the years and recently the flap broke off and the plastic surround split. I ordered a new cat flap without the extra tunnel sections thinking I could just use the old tunnel. The cat flap arrived today and I set about taking the old one off. Fairly simple........that is until I tried to separate it from the tunnel. Had we just glued the sections together it would've been ok but we'd also glued the tunnel to the frame. I can't get it apart without snapping it. I've now had to order 4 new tunnel sections at a cost of over £18.

My extension arrived in grey rather than white to match the actiual cat flap. For my installation this did not matter as it isn't easy to see. If this is to go in a door and in plain sight, might be best to find a white one to match. Very basic design and fitted the corresponding cat flap fine which we also bought from amazon.

Spent a long time debating about whether to put a new cat flap through an expensive window. In the end got my builders to put one of these in for 45 quid in their time instead of 400 quid for the door, and to my joy the cats actually crawl through the tunnel. Put a cat flap at both ends so I've got grade insulation. Go for it

The extensions are not particularly stable but do the job. We found we had to buy some expanding foam to support the tunnel through the wall. In addition we glued each one together rather than just relying on them clipping together. However the important thing is the cats can get out easily now.

Matching extension to door flap, excellent for extra wide/super thick doors and walls, so check what you want need on company website which is very helpful. My door was marginal so ordered this in case of need, but in the end main kit perfect size so returned this, no quibble. Super service

Wanted to install a cat flap in the wall so needed the extension I bought 5 extra ones and they easily clipped together I do think they are expensive for what they are but they do do the job. As usual delivered quickly and with good information about delivery from amazon.

These work well but you may find you need more than you think! Measure the depth carefully and allow for 5mm to protrude each end. You do have to follow the instructions and glue these, other wise they detach just at the wrong moment. Bit flimsy so only 4 stars.

This is a brilliant idea for the cats to be able to get in and out thro’ a wall, If no door is available, to put in a cat flap. These clip together to form a cat-flap tunnel ( we used 6 sections) and our cats got the hang of this very quickly.

it was rather hard to install but it has been in use. I could have done with more hands and fingers to hold it securely in place when I was trying to fit it! looks sturdy enough to withstand cats going and coming. Arrived on time. Roma Barnes

Work just great with the cat flap - easy to use and fit together - our tunnel is about 18" in length through an external wall - needed 5 of these - but all work well and been in use for about a month now.

Its great and it came quickly but it turned out i didn't need it because if your ordering a cat flap at the same time then the box comes with a tunnel already included which i didnt realise.

I bought two to use with a Staywell deluxe manual 4-way locking cat flap in my conservatory wall they clip together perfectly and have lined the inside of the wall brilliantly very pleased.

I love it. The cat HATES it and still insists on singing the song of his people at the back door at 3am if he wants out.TOP TIP, when installing start inside the house and work out.

Needed a replacement 'tunnel' for my existing Staywell cat flap. The previous one had splintered and became sharp. Easy to fit and hopefully will last as long as the previous one.

We needed the extension as the catflap had to be in our porch and situated in a brick wall. Quite easy to install and works well with the flap. The cat hasn't complained!!
