Good quality strong but not overly heavy. The manufacturers Italian website has a list in English of the makes and models of cars that this rack will fit.The rack comes in kit form but is easy to assemble, you just need a decent crosspoint screwdriver. The rest of the bolts are tightened with a tool supplied in the kit.For hatchbacks like the VW Golf style the kit includes additional fittings. Otherwise the rack can be used on some saloons and estates.The rack can take up to three cycles which mount high enough so that they do not obstruct the number plate and lights on most cars. Lower racks often need an additional lighting board.There is an excellent You Tube video produced by the manufacturer.
