I was sceptical about these, but went ahead anyway. My house is 500sq.m on 3 levels, so we bought 3 base stations. It mapped out each floor entirely, go around chair and table legs, under cupboards, sofas and beds and into corners that we just would rarely vacuum! It works flawlessly every time and the ability to subsequently add no-go lines for stairs or under cupboards with cables is just superb. I wouldn't hesitate getting one of these if you son't have split level floors.

Hard to review something like this.. it’s a nice chunk of plastic that you hide somewhere and Mr Robot (or miss) parks it’s butt on it and charges.Same quality as the one that ships with the unit and a great price where we’re not ripped off. Well done Neato

Identical replacement for my charging base that went faulty. Expensive but genuine.

Does at it's supposed to, but it's expensive for a base.
