My Neato XV Signature came with the "blade" type brush, and I bought this combo brush as an upgrade. This brush makes the Neato much. much quieter on carpets, and it also seems to pick up significantly more dust, fluff and hair than the blade brush. So on both counts, it does seem like a massive improvement in performance.The only negative I've encountered are that the new brush seems more prone to snag on one of our rugs than the previous blade brush. I've had to rescue the cleaner a couple of times when it started trying to eat the rug, which didn't happen with the blade brush. Aside from that issue, I think this is a worthwhile upgrade and it seems to perform a lot better on carpet,

Easy to fit, works perfectly. I bought this after trying a 3rd party replacement in my XV Signature Pro. This one is a genuine Neato product, came next day, fits easily and works perfectly, as you'd expect. The 3rd party one took ten days to arrive, and I couldn't get it to work at all. The end bearings were too long, the brush was an awkward fit, and the notches for the drive belt weren't well made, so although it would turn by hand, the vacuum refused to use it, even after I'd swapped the bearings and some other parts out of the old original brush. Moral: just buy the real thing.

Super easy to change and markedly better than the original, standard brush! Previously, our neato would get stuck on the corners of our rugs-- however, with this new brush it easily manoeuvres over the top of our rug, picks up everything on the floor with the first sweep (whereas the old brush would sometimes leave stubborn bits behind in our rugs/carpeted areas). The noise created is also much less than it previously was with the standard brush, but it still is noticeable. All in all very happy with this new brush!

Works a treat with the Neato XV Signature to make it into a Pro. The only thing is that pet and human hair (especially long hair) gets stuck in the brush. This requires cleaning at least once a month (assuming that you run the robot once a day, 7 days a week). Not sure whether this is because I am putting the Pet Hair/Pro brush in a standard Signature bot.Other than that, perfectly great buy - highly recommend it to anyone who has bought the standard Signature.

This item is a must buy if you have a "standard" Neato. The amount of noise reduction is ginormeous! The original straight brush just rattles and cooks up a storm, where this brush is hardly heard over the suction/motor sounds. It really improved my experience, and in combination with the High performance filters reduced the cost to a pro model by nearly £70. A no brainer.5 stars as I can not recommend this item better!

Fantastic this makes a huge difference to the Neato. The standard brush (if you can call it that) is more of a paddle like on an old steam ship. It just flicks the dirt up and into the suction.This is an actual brush (like a regular vacuum) and paddle combined that removed hair from carpet with ease. It is also formed in a wave pattern with aids in removal of dirt.This is the one and only upgrade for you Neato!

Wow! I purchased this to upgrade the rubber bladed brush that came as standard with my Neato and this works a lot better. The main difference is the noise. The old rubber brush was very noisy especially on wood floors but this one makes Neato almost whisper quiet. I can watch TV in the same room now! Well worth the upgrade for the noise reduction! Probably about the same in terms of dust/dirt uplift.

It's a no brainer really, change over to this and you will not regret it. Much better, can't understand why the Chinese just don't include it in this model..maybe so they can hike the price through the back door seems the most logical explanation.. But there it is.. You have to pay.Apart from an exorbitant price it's a very effective brush cleaner

Bought this after reading the reviews of our new Neato vacuum cleaner, and I agree it is better than the one that is supplied with the original. It isn't quite as noisy as the original, but it is still noisy (wouldn't want it coming into the bedroom if you are trying to sleep). A very good addition to the Neato, and very pleased we bought it.

This is a must, the normal blade bar can make a lot of noise but cleans really well, ideall if you're not home when neato goes out, but if you have neato come on in the morning so your floor is clean for first thing of the morning, then the brush bar takes away the loud noise created. I think the brush bar also performs better on the carpet.

It is the perfect addition to my Neato Signature. It is twice as quieter than the regular silicon brush that comes with the regular Signature version. It cleans the carpet well enough if used regularly. We have 3 white cats at home, covering the full spectrum of length and kinds of white hair. The brush is able to cope with the environment.

Definitely makes it quieter, and cleans carpets better! 30 second job to change the roller and now I'm rid of that really annoying (and loud!) 'motorboating' sound, vast improvement and well worth the £25. Ordered at 6.30pm and was ready for collection from my local drop shop at 8am the next morning, excellent service! 5*

What a huge difference this brush makes!! My Neato (given name: Kevin) is much quieter. I didn't quite believe that he would be so much quieter but he is. I'm not convinved there is a massive difference in pick up but he swoops round the house more quickly with less noise and does just a good a job. Go Kevin!

If you bought your Neato with the original 6 silicone blade brush then you should buy this upgrade.It will make the robot much quiter.Cleaning performance will not get better or worse but the lack of loud noise makes it more convenient to use even if you are there while it cleans.

I purchased this to replace the regular brush on the Neato Signature cleaner. Not only does it upgrade your model to the pro version but its around £80 cheaper than purchashing the pro. It also cuts the blade noise down by at least half. Well worth the money and easy to fit
