I bought this for my son. It looks sturdy and smart - he tells me that it actually works and stood up to extreme rain and windy conditions as well! The most important thing is that it is a decent length for walking. (He's 6ft 1inch in height).The only thing that irritates him is the M&P initials of the makers logo that have been engraved into the wooden handle....and he gets fed up of having to explain that they are not his initials! On the flip side, it's always a talking point !
