The item arrived the next day. It appears to be of good quality and well made. The opening and closing mechanism works well and the umbrella gives good coverage being a good size. When open it appears quite sturdy. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it out in the rain yet ( which is somewhat unusual for the west of Scotland). First impression is that I am pleased with this item. A very minor criticism is that it is a little heavy. I rated 4 stars at the moment as I have not had a chance to try it out yet.

A bit of a larger circumference than I'd realised so sometimes on a busy street care needs to be taken to avoid inconveniencing other commuters (but nothing like those ridiculous golf brollies that some people try to use during rush hour!). It feels really sturdy and it's easy to operate. I have accidently collapsed it in heavy rain because I pressed the button inadvertently. Other than that, I'm very happy with it.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Haven’t yet tried in heavy wind but feels very sturdy and is a brilliant size. Easy to put up and collapse down using the mechanism but is quite difficult to push the remaining part back as the spring is very strong. Would perhaps be difficult for an older person or anyone with weaker arm/hand. Overall seems like a very good quality umbrella.

Very robust construction compared to previous telescopic umbrellas I've bought. The frame is very sturdy and can be felt in the weight of the product - it is heavier that you would expect.The price was good too so excellent value for money.It'll be interesting to see how it performs as the months/years go by.

I love the way this opens up and folds back at the press of a button. The webbing is strong and snaps into position when the open button is pressed. It will also withstand strong gusts of wind. The wooden handle gives it a sense of quality. It ticks all the boxes so why pay more for another.

I have used the brolly a couple of times in the rain but today was the 1st time on a windy rainy day. The umbrella turned inside out twice in the space of about a minute. I would expect that of a cheap umbrella but not one of this cost and especially as it advertises as being windproof

Lovely umbrella for little money. The mechanism to put up & take down the brolly is by simple push button. When it has been retracted it just has to be pushed back to its compact size. I've used it in reasonably windy conditions with no problem. Recommended buy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is really good brolly and I love the handle but I think the brolly with the wind vents is slightly better in high winds - I have owned both - however, the Mikafen brolly is about £5.00 cheaper and at the price it sells for it is a gret buy

Extremely impressed with this umbrella! Nice size, good quality, nice handle, easy open and close with the push button. Can honestly say this is the best umbrella i ever brought, dosn't batter an eyelid in the heavy wind either! 5 stars.

This umbrella was a gift for my father he hasn’t used it yet so we will see, but it seems good quality and sturdy when you open it and the price is reasonable compared to others I have looked at. I would recommend this umbrella. ? : ).

Just taken delivery of brolly.Not used it 'properly' yet but having tried it out indoors (yes I know it's bad luck ?) it appears very good quality & love the auto open AND close feature. Early days but would certainly recommend it.

This is a great umbrella with automatic opening and doe's not take up too much room in a bag. It seems to be strong and sturdy, keeps the rain off you and is excelent value for money! I can recommend this umbrella.

I am overall happy with my purchase. The umbrella looks and feels solid and expensive. I like the automatic open-close feature. Good value for money. Bear the size in mind to make sure it is fit for your purpose.

I haven't used this umbrella in a rainstorm yet, but it seems to function well. I have had similarly priced umbrellas that are not windproof, and they only lasted a few outings. Fingers crossed for this one.

A good product and value for money.It has one fault. The cover is extremely tight and very difficult to replace after use. More elastic action would be appreciated. One star taken off for this.Mac Tanner
