The lamp was delivered quickly after ordering. It was very well packaged and undamaged. It works very well and provides an excellent amount of heat - as expected. The only issues to note are:- there is no on/off switch on the lamp itself and it operates via the wall socket only; there is a piece of grey rubber surrounding the base (presumably to stop it slipping) which, annoyingly, keeps coming off for no reason; the cord from the plug to the lamp is quite short. Having raised those concerns, it is still a good lamp which does its job and is very effective.

Our daughter is premature and tiny. We had to change her clothes quickly to have as little drop in body temperature as possible. I installed this light above the changing mat and now have all the time in the world. It is great as it also allows me to massage her while not having to worry about temperature drops. Only downside I had to install an "On/Off" switch as the lamp is a plug in only version, hence the missing star.

I think that this lamp is very useful in that it warms up almost instantaneously and it is definitely helping my shoulder pain. The design issue, in my view, is that it can only be tilted upwards a bit but not downwards. As you need a surface and a nearby socket to put it and you need to be to put a chair in front of the surface, the lack of downwards tilt limits where you can use it.

I didnt think this item was as good as it is, heats up straight away, can move lamp around easy and has a movable head, which is bril, I will recommend to friends and buy again if need another one..

The lamp is excellent value for £27.00. I am using it for a facial rashand the beam covers the whole of my face which is what i required.To early to say if it is effective.ThanksDavid

Not had cause to use this at time of writing, as my condition recommended not to use a heat lamp. However, I am sure when and IF I do need, it will turn out to be all I suspect it is.

This has replaced a Boots lamp which had lasted many years. Very similar and is very effective for muscle aches and pains. It would benefit from a longer cable and an on/off switch.

bought this for my knee sport injury. pretty good. skin feels dry after use but as expected. everything as described on advertising. for only £25, its worth and good enough.

Provides deep, penetrating heat relief to my arthritic knees and to my upper arms which suffer from the strain of using walking sticks.All in all a great product

Very good for my bad knees arrived well on time and packed ok good value made in Germany but you do need good protected glasses as it will hurt your eyes

I ordered this for my mother. She has used it and is more than happy with it as it is easy to use. My mother is 87, so helps with her aches and pains.

Good value for money. Would be easier with on / off switch but this reflects the price. Good source of heat. I used on shoulder. It helped a lot.

I love this. I get the feeling, when using it, of sunbathing on a beach, nice and warm. Really relaxes aching muscles too.

Had a friend in agony who couldn't find a suitable product. Ordered it, had it delivered next day ... it did the trick!

Super for aches pains and general mallaise, worth it but I wish I had it on me all the time!
