I bought this item for my son who suffers from SAD. The difference this light has made is amazing. He is now able to get up in the mornings and work. His depression has lifted and he says the light has changed his life. The light isn't over powering like some on the market. I'm so pleased I bought this. The change in my son is remarkable. For many years he has struggled with SAD so to see him being able to function through the winter months is brilliant.

This SAD lamp is really large and stable on the table top. It does the trick and lights everything up with a great deal of good light. it makes a huge difference to the way I feel about the winter nights

Works like a charm. Easy to turn on, measure duration of use, and turn off. Great in the winter mornings. Just don't look directly into the light, and you'll be fine.

I am delighted with this lamp. It is certainly bright enough to have a significant effect on mood. I have felt a great deal more positive since using it.

The lamp I purchased is very good, and is currently being used by a dementia sufferer to regulate sleeping patterns. Hopefully it will help.

Recommended by the GP. Light weight, one switch, on, off. Haven't used it long enogh to comment on therapeutic value Worth the money.

It's a bit too early to say whether the lamp is helping mood but easy to use. Only used it for a week.
