This is a compact unit, so eg sits easily on the arm of an armchair. The light seems to be quite powerful for the size, and it does not get too hot to touch. I have not used it enough to get a real feel for its use for SAD, but I think I have felt a bit less stressed since I got it.

It works, after a few weeks on full power, I use it with my face near to it in the morning, putting it on my bedside cabinet. Have patience with this, it's a good price too

Product seems to be as good as it claims, but it is far too early to say if it does the job that it is meant to do, so watch this space there may be more to come,!!

Would highly highly recommend this lamp. It works! Has changed my life this winter! Have suffered with sad for years.

Good, but much smaller than I expected, would have bought a larger one if I had realised first.

Bought as a present but I am told it is as described and functioning well - happy with it.

Seems to work well however I'm not sure about it's ability to assist against depression.
