I sprained my elbow and it's slow to heal. I used lamp for 5 consecutive days, at the preset time of 15 minutes; and I feel it's helped my aching and stiffness. Not miraculously so but enough for me to use it again. I had slept awkwardly neck wise and had a twinge so also used it in my shoulder /neck muscles. I felt quite quick relief.In the future I would buy the smaller hand held infra red heater as it's easier for spot relief.

Nice design, ideal to use on bedside table or similar surface near the bed to position heat on neck or back area .. pity there isn’t just a bit more movement to the heating angle tho.. but all in all a welcome relief to muscle pain. And a lot easier to store than one of those bulky ones on a stand with just one bulb of heat .. this has a better surface area of heat and a timer, which is helpful.Pleased with my purchase.

I bought this lamp to improve my skin elasticity and for muscle pain. So glad to have it. It works so nice and it is easy in use. I do my session every morning and its very relaxing. At the moment I cant say much its only one week since I have started using this lamp but my skin is glowing and I couldnt move my neck because of the strong pain now its better.

Replaces an ancient Philips similar. Bulkier than the Philips but much larger lamp and heating area. Adjustable vertically and, of course, horizontally. Heat intensity depends somewhat on time set (ie from 15 minutes downwards). Good ability to adjust duration of the session.. Easy to switch on or off even during a session.

I have arthritis around the side of my kneecap which is painful and stiff whilst walking. Ten minutes a day with this lamp eases the pain and stiffness and although it doesn’t cure the arthritis certainly is a God send to me. Great for muscular pain as well. Worth the money I spent.

Fantastic product functionality,well made high quality. I use it to my face skin problem so far so good I am very happy with result. I will use it especially during the winter. Can I honestly recommended it for everyone, YES. It worth every penny I spend for it. Thank you

The reserving of the product on line was straight forward enough. The item itself is top quality, pity it doesn't come with a stand as you have to place it on a table or flat surface then move yourself into the right position in a chair.Other than that its good quality

I already bought one and when my friend visited me recently, she used and loved the results. I ordered one for her and this is the one. she loves it. i recommend the product for anyone with joint, back or any pain whatsoever. It works like magic

I have used this to ease my severe tennis elbow pain. This lamp covers alot more body specific area than normal infrared lamps.Definitely recommend this infrared lamp for healing injuries and this is way more powerful than the smaller lamps.

I'm impressed with the design and construction of this lamp. It feels solid and operates as advertised.However, I can't say (yet) whether it has any effective therapeutic effect on my sciatica - I hope that time will tell.

We bought this for my disabled uncle and, although he had had a different one before, he commented that this one was even better than he expected. He uses it every day and would definitely recommend it.

I love the Beurer infrared lamp but wish it could have a more downward angle to help direct it to my knee better. Other than that using infrared rays seems to be easing joint and back ache.

I haven't used this religiously but when I do, I do feel that it has worked. I have very achy bones in my feet and back and the heat feels wonderful and does seem to do the trick.

I bought this for my husband who has rheumatoid arthritis, it has reduced his pain a great deal and he has only used it a few times.I would 100% recommend this product A*****

Used one of these as a kid that was my Dads, over the years it got broken. I have to say its a cut above what my Dad used, best price I found, delivered promptly.
