Well, I'm sceptical, but diabetic neuropathy is the kind of pain that doesn't make life easy for one, however I am inclined to try anything once (almost anything anyway) so for the price of the lamp I thought what the heck? Ordered one day, delivered the next! Fantastic and well packed too, by Amazon!I perched my feet up and aimed the light at them, from a distance of about a foot (30cm for those who don't think in British:) and remained there for about a half hour while I had a cup of coffee and a quick check of what is on TV tonight.. The light was very bright and after half an hour my feet were just warmer than the back of my wife's hand. so I called it a day. But wait..... no pain!

Amazing product! I think everyone should have one of this at home. When you have a cold or your back is hurting (muscle pain) it can be a blessing. It works really effectively. Good price. It's not worth to spend any more money on an infra lamp, cause all do the same job.I'm really happy! :-) It arrived very quickly and packaging was good, too.

i got this for my mum as she has osteoarthritis. She likes it, it heats her sore bones and relieves some of the tension.The only thing is, the bulb is quite expensive so be carefull with it and you will need to buy goggles, like sunbed ones, because its very bright.

Bought this lamp to use for manicure purposes, it's a good size but does come with a 2 pin plug, this can easily be converted with the 2 pin to 3 pin adapters available now, which do give you a solid plug, not like travel adapters that can be wobbly.

This is a very well made lamp, compact, adjustable at all angles, it has a two pin plug but the adaptors can be purchased at any pound store in packs of two, it comes with full instructions on use, it is a good buy.

It does the job. I didn't realize it doesn't bend forward (if you are lying in bed you need it to) but it bends backwards so if you are seated and need it for a chest infection or clear sinus it is fine.

Works well on my arthritic pains, and other muscular pains. One of the best products I have ever bought. Better than Deep Heat and Fiery Jack and all the other potions. Should have bought it ages ago.

Excellent! Lightweight lamp, so can be moved around effortlessly. It works exactly as described. Felt the benefit of it right from the off.

Helps with my frozen shoulder, problem is with this unit it is fitted with a Continental plug, had to fit an inline mains switch as well

This is a good lamp for the price. However its impossible to get a replacement bulb for it. I had to buy a whole new lamp

Love it. Great for sore back, knees, reduces migraine and sore throat pain. Helps to heal cuts.
