Saw many people singing the praises of this foundation. I have a fairly normal skin which is usually fairly clear and don't often wear foundation as a result if i put anything like that on my face it's usually a bb cream because i HATE how heavy foundations feel - my skin feels like it can't breathe. I use one small pump and a sponge blender because I don't want a lot of goop on my face.1) It stinks. It's not a unpleasant smell by any means but if i'm eating a sandwich i don't want to be snorting flowers at the same time. If your're ok with fragranced things you'll be fine but i absolutely hate fragrance in makeup and skincare.2) It's a lovely light formula,it doesn't feel like you've just smothered your face with clingfilm and it makes your skin look absolutely GORGEOUS. It's very natural with a light dewy finish. However. It needs setting. It is not transfer proof. if you touch your face you'll leave a fingerprint because 80% of it will have transferred to your finger and if you don't set it you will end up with it sliding around your face. In my case particlarly around my nose, cheeks and chin. I don't use much product - i imagine if you're like those instagrammers who slap it on with a trowel you will have literal waves of product on your face by the end of the day. It needs setting. Or if you're oily, blotting and setting and multiple blottings during the day. which defeats the whole point of a moisturising dewy foundation.3) it says it gives up to 12 hours of hydration. No clue if it delivers this or not as i'm not someone who suffers from dry skin. Maybe it does maybe it doesn't. It certainly doesn't give up to 12 hours of wear though.4) Coverage. I'll be honest as i'm not trying to cover anything up or paint a new face on i can't comment on how good the coverage is. it looks very natural and it unifies your skin tone. take from that what you want.

Most skin like foundation I have ever used! Hydrating and not dry/ cakey once applied. Can be sheered down or full coverage depending on how many applications you prefer. It won’t cover dark circles but it does reduce redness and any other tones you might have in your skin! I wasn’t keen on the scent, as when I first used it my face broke out while settling into it. I also will mention that it won’t dry out oil on your skin, and if you don’t mind doing some blending 6-8 hours after, it settles lovely! It can oxidise quickly but doesn’t go bright orange like most. I do prefer my oils to come through as the natural oil you produce usually is good for your skin in general! Blends well with other foundations /concealers. Great for my skin colour (which is a mix of neutral, cool and warm/ it’s just very combinational!) I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely foundation that glides onto the skin. I struggle to find foundations that don't look too cakey on my skin, has good coverage but with a dewy look (I know I want a lot from my foundation!!) Well this certainly delivers then some.My skin is very oily and becomes a bit of an oil slick by the end of the day with the foundation literally sliding off my face but not with this foundation. It really does stay put for a good 10+ hours (with one application of a compact powder during the day).I usually use a Real Techniques sponge to apply that is slightly damp which gives my desired dewy look and I build up the foundation until I get the coverage I want. The key is to always start with a small amount then layer it up.Works great in combination with the eraser concealer pen.I will definitely be re-purchasing.

I usually buy Nars foundation but thought I would try a lower priced one for a change . And wow this is beautiful on the skin and has a lovely dewy look . Goes over all my moisturisers well and doesn’t look patchy . It has fabulous coverage and really does make your complexion look smooth and hydrated . It’s refreshing to find a foundation that doesn’t suck the moisture out of your skin . My skin is super fussy and does usually look very dry after using other foundations . I do prefer a dewy foundation and not a Matt look as I feel at my age 41 Matt makes me look older and is not flattering on my lines etc . Plus it stays put for a long time I wear mine all day and night without touching it up .So will be buying this again . Great buy !

I bought this last week as I had seen it advertised and decided to give it a go. I usually use Elizabeth Arden foundation and was interested to how it would compare. I chose the lightest shade 01 natural ivory as I have pretty pale skin, it looked great online but when I actually used it I discovered it was slightly darker than it looked. Would not recommend for very pale skin. However it was really nice on, easy to apply and gave me an airbrushed appearance which I loved! Medium to light coverage great for work or subtle but effective. If you're looking for full coverage this is not the one for you despite reviews I read claiming to layer for better coverage, I tried this it makes it look even darker.(Wife's review).

Great foundation. I bought 'Ivory' and it's slightly darker than expected but still works very well with my pale complexion. It's so light it barely feels like I'm wearing it, but it still provides great coverage, especially if you layer it up. If you want a matte finish you'll definitely need to use powder after, but I love how natural-looking and glowing it leaves my skin so I barely use any powder. A major positive for me is that it doesn't oxidise! It stays its original colour all day with no orange tones or patchiness coming through! I have combination skin - an oily T zone and a dry nose and slightly dry cheeks, but it just works all over without becoming greasy or highlighting dry patches.I love this stuff :)

I have been using this foundation for nearly 3 years now and I don't think I will ever change it. It is incredible! Its not cakey or heavy on your skin, it covers blemishes SO WELL and it is the smoothest foundation I have ever used that also leaves you with a certain glow. I cannot recommend this foundation enough if you have combination skin like me. I feel like my skin can breathe when its on, even all day. Also, it lasts a really long time and doesn't go crusty in the bottle like some foundations tend to do. I probably get about 40 uses out of it, sometimes more if I'm having a good skin day. Which I think is excellent for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am a big fan of this foundation. I do find that I have to change my makeup every so often because my skin seems to change quite frequently.I purchased this because the reviews seemed mostly positive and I was looking for a good coverage foundation that would brighten my dull skin. I have quite a lot of acne and I have found that this covers well and leaves my skin feeling moisturised and bright. I find this product excellent, I purchased the ivory shade since my skin tone is very pale and it's not a bad match at all.Overall I am really pleased with this profit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, good coverage foundation.

I’m fussy about my foundation, I’m 40 and have always used Maxfactor ageless elixir (now discontinued and stupidly priced where it is available!!) ..since it was discontinued Iv tried many foundations in my hunt for the one I truly love again! This one blends well and covers nicely, the skin match colour isn’t bad, I wear Warm Almond colour for Maxfactor and I find this is very similar. When applied this leaves a glowing coverage, I have quite oily skin so for me this means I do have to dab powder by early afternoon to tone down my shine!I have yet to find my “one” but for now this is one of my favourites

Maybelline is by far my favourite of the non high-end brands for make-up. I always trust its products for their quality and for the affordable price. I have used several other foundations of the same brand but I find this particular to leave the smoothest feeling on my skin, so I eventually came back to it. Colour is perfect for my pale skin, and it covers most of the blemishes on my face. Better used along with concealer for flawless results.I bought this online as I barely have any time to go shopping, and it arrived fast and very well packaged. I would definitely reorder it!

So I managed to select correct shade (true ivory) for neutral undertone quite pale... The foundation is light coverage buildable to medium.... HONESTLY I thought the finish would be more dewy.. Its not very dewy at all (it tried brush and sponge application) however its not DRY. I use a dewy finish setting spray to enhance the dewy finish. For the price it's good and il definitely use the bottle however not sure if I'd purchase again as there is definitely other foundations with a more dewy finish.. That was my main reason for buying as love a dewy finish in summer months

Good coverage, very buildable. My skin is sensitive and has a tendency to by quite dry, this wasn't an issue using this product as it moisturised my skin beautifully - no flaky result. The colour (nude) was darker than I expected, I usually favour Vanilla however it wasn't in stock so I opted for nude. I will be keeping it for my holidays when my skin goes a little darker as it's a shade or 2 too dark for my usual complexion. Overall, if you can get the right colour, a nice foundation at a very reasonable price.

i have decided to stick with this and stop experimenting on the massive numbers of differnet products on the market as this works for me. i mix it with moisturing cream and a spot of oil too -and use it as a tinted moisturiser all over expect for when i need more coverage . cameo is a good colour for light- medum neutrals like me I think. it does lean slightly towards warm but overall a good balanced colour. fawn also suits me but is darker and warmer. this was a bargain price so really pleased with it. thanks

Been using rimmel lasting radiance foundation for a few years and developed incredibly dry skin on my face and reddness. So I swapped for this foundation. This gives good coverage and leaves my face looking flawless. The reddness and dryness has gone. For some reason, I find it hard work getting this foundation to settle and stick to my skin, so I really need to concentrate on buffing this into my skin but it's worth it once done. It's long lasting, hydrating and does my skin good.

This is so lightweight and blends like a dream. It has not irritated my sensitive skin at all. Overall I am very impressed considering the price. Colourwise I did have to choose online due to the pandemic and I opted to go for the light Porcelain shade which turned out to be the perfect choice. Usually I would buy either a light or nude shade but these looked too dark on the colour chart and I'm glad that I opted for a lighter shade than usual. It is buildable without being heavy.
