My first order came in a large white envelope. I was intrigued as to why the envelope was absolutely flat, as there was no way a tube and a box and was in that envelope! As I suspected when I opened it, there was nothing inside, I was annoyed as had been waiting for this, after bleaching my hair and I was desperate for a toner. I spoke with Amazon and they arranged to send another, which was great, but it didnt solve why then item wasn't in the envelope in the first place...Product - If you have a big difference in your roots and they havent lifted enough to the color of your ends, then you will see a difference with this particular toner. You must use the correct developer for this product,

I'm a hairdresser and use Matrix a lot. It's very overpriced, I only bought it in desperation, as I wanted to colour my own hair in lock down. So will stick with buying these from the wholesalers.But a great product to use.It's advertised as a permanent, but its actually a quasi- (this was want I wanted) but won't be great for someone wanting to cover grey. Colour sync are quasi, matrix so colour is permanent.

I love using matrix colour. I find it leaves your hair in great condition. This is the colour you would get in a hair salon. But you need to know what you are doing and what developers to get as the product is for professionals use.

Lovely lovely colour. Mixed with peroxide well and dyed my hair brilliantly. Was easy to wash dye stains off my face/skin too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Nice product, ive use it with the colour activator. The colours was nice, platinum blond with a hint of blue. Not brassy or “chicken yellow”. Super, loved it!
