Size M - Dont let the photos put you off. The coat is much more beautiful and flattering in real life. I am a size 10 and this coat fits better than any other coat in the world, with or without jumpers underneath! I live in Sweden and the coat is warm, wind proof and rainproof. No noise or squeaking. I could live in this coat. I tried the Patagonia 3in1 coat on in a shop in Gothenburg and fell in love but it cost £500 in Sweden. This coat is almost identical and just as good (if not better). I found it online for £200 and what a bargain! I bought the Jack Wolfskin selenium coat, which is terrible in comparison. It is not warm for winters or Swedish autumns and the JW coat is too tight to do up to the neck.

I bought this to replace an existing one which has been wonderful and kept me warm and cosy through several winters as I feel the cold very easily. There is very little difference between the new one the old model so I'm hoping this will be just as good. The sizes are on the small side, I'm a size 10 (and 5ft tall) but bought a medium which fits just fine with a jumper underneath. My old coat was water repellent but after a few washes even with appropriate re-proofing wash, it did loose it's repellency but I was willing to sacrifice this for the warmth factor, perhaps the new one will do better in this respect. I don't like the fur around the hood but this is easily removable.

I have blood circulation issues and am easily cold, so I was researching really warm jackets that still look stylish enough for every day and decided to buy this one. Amazingly warm and cozy. It has a loose fit and it would look nicer if it had a belt, but it is amazingly warm so I kept it. It is fully windproof. The hood is also filled with down and has a tight fit, so it keeps head and ears warm and stays properly in place. If you are looking for a very warm jacket, I highly recommend this one. Only minus point: the pockets are not warm at all, since your hands stay outside of the down layer and are only covered by the windproof sofshell, that offers little warmth

i have the montreal coat which is super warm and really long mind you I am only 5ft only down fall with this coat isnt waterproof. Saw this and thought bingo. Although not tried it yet in cold weather it has the save fill power as the Montreal coat so should be equally as war. I have however been out with it on during heavy downpour and it kept me absolutely dry. It is one inch shorter than the Montreal which is fine. The hood isnt really deep and to be honest fur trim is a no no in wet weather but both the trim and hood are detachable. That is the only negativity I could say about this coat.

I ordered an S even though the size table recommended an XS and I am ok with this. The sleeve is just the right size, the bottom halt of the coat is a bit big. Not sure the XS would not be too small up. The hood is indeed kind of small. It fits your head, but it presses down so is not so great if you want your hair to look good (hence the 4 stars). Besides that, is great! Beautifully crafted, light, nice material.

Very good quality , my wife has not had a chance to wear it in the cold weather yet as She bought it in early summer, but is well insulated. The hood is on the small side, so it fits quite snuggly, but in a strong wind it may be an advantage as it won't blow up.Very pleased with purchase, especially as we got a BIG discount as well.

Beautiful coat, brand and quality. It's light, very comfortable but at the same time takes into very hot! It does not make any noise as I read in other reviews. I highly recommend it! (I took a M, and 174 cm x 70 kg and is perfect.)

Warm coat, which protects very well from cold and wind. Tested in Canada in February, not cold at all with a light down under because I'm chilly. Super hood well covering and not too wide. I am very satisfied!

Love the coat, keeps you warm and doesn't overheat your body like others. Only criticism I have is the zip is vey fiddly when trying to align at base. Other than that, excellent quality coat.

Lovely warm coat. Just what I wanted. I am 5' 72 and size 14. It fits well with room to move! The hood is no problem because you just turn back the fur rim for a good look.

This is the second coat purchased this because I know how warm and reliable it is in the cold and bad rainy weather, I highly recommend it.

PERFECT - Had previously and these are wonderful coats - warm, waterproof and very smart. Exactly how a winter coat should be.

This coat is like a cocoon- warm and comfy. It fits well but don't expect to wear a BIG sweater under it.
