As a busy mum of 2 under 3's, I do not look great in the morning. Gone are my care free days of leaving the house with no make up, and saving it for special occasions. Now in my 30s I need an extra little help and for me, foundation is the most important make up product I own, and even when I go out, I will normally at least have this on, just to at least cover the bags.I haven't tried another brand of foundation since finding one I liked around 5 years ago. I'm not normally brand loyal, but with this product I am.So the product... It was easy to put on and a great colour match, which considering how fair I am is always a bonus, no one wants the Towie look!I would say it took a little more of the product than my normal to get good coverage. The product claims to have a matte finish with light weight but high level of coverage. The first two I agree with. I decided try the product after a particular bad night with the baby and therefore I needed all the help I can get.I would say it covered my circles well, but it struggled with some more of the blemishes. It created an even skin tone and color although would say it left my skin a little dry. I didn't apply moisturiser before but is something I think I would need to do in future.It claims to last 24 hours, so in the name of product trials I left the product on over night. I would say there was still some there, and it wasn't as painful to look upon my first thing in the morning face. Was also pleased that there was nothing on my pillow.Overall, I think I could be tempted to switch brand, on the condition that the moisturiser help to improve the overall finish. I loved this product from the outset, it looked quality and did not let me down when I tried it. It was easy to apply and I only needed a little to go a long way. It had a lovely feeling and was easy to apply without leaving streaks or lines. It had a nice smell too which made it more appealing.Though the shade didn't suit me perfectly, this could be changed upon future purchasing when I could try the different shades before buying, it left my skin feeling soft and did a great job at covering up blemishes and fine lines which is what I look for from a foundation.It was also long lasting and stayed pretty flawless for the whole day despite the conditions I faced, different weathers,change in skin temperature and general wear and tear my skin faces in a typical day. I was very impressed by the quality of the product and how natural it looked on me.Ease of use and application is important as well as the end result and durability with skin products and the L'oreal Infalliable Matte foundation had all of these qualities in one product. It gave me confidence to use the product and to recommend it to others to use. I find some foundation products wear easily or too much effort to apply and so I was pleasantly surprised this ticked all the important boxes for me.I will be using this product again and giving positive feedback to others to give it a try for themselves. It has left my skin feeling soft and moisturised even after removal which is so important too! I think this would be a great foundation product for use on many different skin types so it is also versatile, Thanks for the opportunity to try this product it has given me a new foundation which I can use daily with confidence. I was lucky enough to receive a free sample of Infallible Matte Foundation courtesy of L'Oreal Paris a couple of weeks ago. I always struggle to find foundation that suits my skin tone and is not so heavy that it makes my wrinkles look even worse than they are! I have made many purchases in the past that have ended up in the bin or given to my daughters. The last couple of years I have given up on foundation and just use bb cream or tinted moisturiser and then powder on top to get a little more coverage and reduce shine. When my Infallible Matte Foundation arrived I expected to feel the same disappointment I usually get when I try a new foundation.I waited until I had a few days off work to try it in case I needed to remove it and start all over again with my usual routine. When I eventually got around to trying it I immediately regretted not using it sooner! The foundation is nice and fluid coming out of the tube and glides onto the skin in a similar way to my usual Bb cream. It blended in straight away and I was delighted to see that the shade was exactly right for me because it looked natural and fresh. No more mixing various different products to get the right colour! Another major plus was that it was not greasy at all and left a great matte finish, with a good medium coverage, which meant that I did not need to apply powder on top. Time saving and a fresher look! I will definately be buying this product in future and have already checked out the price, which I'm pleased to say is very reasonable compared to some of my previous disaster buys. Let me start by saying I absolutely love this foundation and I've finally found my holy grail :) I have combination skin with quite an oily t-zone so have struggled with foundations that will keep my skin matte unless I regularly apply powder throughout the day. I also suffer with the occasional hormonal break out so need a foundation with good coverage. I'm pleased to say this foundation does both!! It applies really nicely, you can use your fingers, a brush or beauty blender, it smooths on well & has great coverage, I'm quite pale and the colour is a great match for me and for once doesn't have the dreaded pinky tones that a lot of the paler foundations can have.You do need to work quite quickly when blending at it sets relatively quickly, I then dust with the some powder and I'm good to go, 99% of the time I don't need any additional concealer as the foundation has taken care of everything e.g. blemishes/dark circles. I do need a touch up of powder in the afternoon but that's it! apart from that I'm shine free all day, I used to use Revlon Colourstay (Normal to Oily version) and this foundation outperform that (and is in better packaging, the Revlon is in a glass bottle with no pump so is a nightmare to dispense). I'm 100% converted to this foundation and will be re-purchasing when this tube has run out. Well done L'Oreal!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I'm not a huge fan of foundation's but do use when going out with the girls, function's etc.. Have been looking for one to give a go for everyday wear and was hoping this may be the one.. It arrived this morning & I thought, let's do this.Pro's - the coverage is really quite good with only a slight visible on more noticeable blemishes. It is indeed what it say's on the tube, a matte foundation, right from the minute you start to apply, I like that, nothing worse then a shiny t zone/face. It doesn't feel heavy like some foundations can which is huge plus for me, as this is the reason I have never been a fan of foundation.I'm into my 7th hour of wearing infallible matte and so far, it's stayed put.I have also applied a loreal pressed powder over the top.Con's - it's tricky to apply! Took me two attempt's to get a look I felt happy with. I followed the original instructions on the tube to put on in circular motions etc, but found i ended up with pore's filled with foundation (not a good look) so I took it off and started again using my usual makeup sponges and method of application.I'm still not 100% sure, but haven't had any funny look's and I guess if your not someone who always wears a lot of makeup it will take some getting used to.I will definitely be giving this one another go! I am inherently lazy when it comes to the application of make up. I feel it is a waste of time to stand for hours plastering stuff in your face when it comes off after an hour or two anyway! I received my free sample of L'Oreal Inffalible Matte Foundation and thought, "ok, why not give it a go?" Fortunately the colour was a perfect match for my skin tone (nothing better than walking round with an orange face in February!?!) and I applied a small amount of the foundation using a brush. It wasn't greasy or slimy and, to my amazement, made a real difference to my skin tone, making it appear more even. The foundation even covered an enormous pimple that deceived to make an appearance on my chin.I went to work as usual and was complimented on my look,which is a rarity! The only difference to my entire attire was the foundation, thumbs up for that!I checked regularly through the day in the mirror, expecting to see the familiar shine and redness but, no! All day the foundation kept me looking 'new'! I even had to remove the make up with a baby wipe before I went to bed! Good Lord, what a great product! I am officially a convert and will definitely be adding another tube of the foundation to my shopping basket when this free sample runs out! Loved it! Thank you L'Oreal!! I thought this was a good foundation. It gave great coverage, particularly over areas with enlarged pores. The colour suited my skin well and gave a slightly pinky overtone.I did find that the product was quite heavy and caked slightly over drier areas which leads me to suggest that it is better suited to younger / oilier skins.I suggest that you need to be generous with both moisturiser and primer if you have an older skin like mine.I applied the product with my fingers and used a blending sponge over my nose so I may have had a different effect if I had used a foundation brush or used the blending sponge all over my face.I also found that I was aware of the foundation on my skin so,although it is good for building up coverage, you do feel it on.Since this foundation is a 24 hour foundation giving enhanced matte-ness, this only to be expected but I think that Infallible is better suited for special occasion wear - such as a wedding or party rather than an every day foundation.I think L'Oreal's Infallible compares well to high coverage foundations with a much higher price point and since it does the job nicely, I can't see the point in spending any more.I received my Infallible Matte Foundation free from L'Oreal Paris in return for an honest review. I have recently received the Infallible Matte Foundation free from L’Oreal Paris and wanted to share my thoughts about the product. I have attached a photo showing a picture of me before and after using the foundation because I feel like that is one of the most helpful ways I can share with you what my experiences were. I also find it really helpful to see how the foundation affects your appearance so I hope it's helpful. The product itself glides really well on to your skin, it's got a good consistency - it isn't too runny or too thick. It doesn't smell funny and I say that because other foundations I've tried before have had quite a chemical smell to them but I can't smell anything with this one.I find it really easy to use, to goes on to my skin really well and it speeds up my make up routine. I would say that you have to use a good amount of it to cover up any imperfections so I used a small amount on my left and right cheek separately and then my nose. I prefer a more natural look so I didn't use heaps but I can imagine for some people you might find it runs out fairly quickly.I like the look of the packaging, it looks modern and it's easy to fit in to your bag. What an amazing product!!! I was excited to receive this package as have been looking at trying a new foundation. I don't wear a full face of makeup everyday just the odd bit of mascara and lip salve so was keen to try something that could be used daily without feeling too heavy on my face. I was surprised as the massive range available as well. So night out arranged, friends over to get ready and a few bottles of wine. Ensured make up was applied pre drinks as this could have lead to some very interesting photos!!!! I was pleasantly surprised how easily the foundation rubbed into my skin ns didn't feel like a cover up! I was worried that it may not match my skin tone but it was a perfect match!!!All my friends commented on how fresh faced I looked which was great as I was concerned about it literallyLooking like a mask in my face. The foundation lasted longer than my heels did that night so it's safe to say I will definitely be using this is the future and because of how easy it was to apply and the results it gave I'mConsidering wearing foundation on a more regular basis. I have been using my current foundation for quite a while and it is quite pricey so I was thrilled when I received the Infallible Matt Foundation 12 free from L'Oreal Paris as it gave me the chance to try a new brand. Initially I applied it with my fingers and I found it was patchy and didn't give a good coverage and was slightly disappointed but I then tried applying it with a sponge and it worked much better. I only needed a small amount and the sponge smoothed the foundation onto my face and gave a really natural look yet still covered all my imperfections. I have dark circles under my eyes which can be difficult to cover and I found I needed less concealer when using this foundation.I wear foundation every day and need it to last as I hate having to reapply make up during the day. I found that it lasted really well and looked as good when I was leaving work as it had in the morning. I tried it with and without primer and it lasted even longer when I used a primer. converted!I am one for trying something new, so when I was offered to try Infallible Matte Foundation free from L’Oreal Paris I jumped at the chance! I have now been wearing Infallible Matte Foundation for a few days and I have to say I am really impressed! Previously I have found liquid foundations to be hard to apply and they stay wet and tacky, but this is not the case with L’Oreal Infallible Matte Foundation! It applies easily (I used a make up sponge) and it dries nicely. There is good coverage without it looking cakey, and I was also able to build it up for a more immaculate make up look when I went out at the weekend. I usually apply a powder over my foundation,however I feel with this you don't actually need to! Best of all, I have not had any shine or greasiness whilst wearing L’Oreal Infallible Matte Foundation! I do generally find that other foundations become shiny and greasy towards the end of my day at work, so I really am very impressed that L’Oreal Infallible is staying Matte right up until I take it off for bed! I loved this foundation, normally foundation and me means that within one hour foundation is dripping off my face.I had been using a powder based mineral foundation but after using Infallible 24H Matte, I have now made the switch back.Applying the foundationI used the Loreal mattifying base primer to set the foundation but to be honest, the foundation can be worn by itself if your skin will allow it and you want a lighter look.The foundation is easy to apply and blends in well with both fingers and a sponge.Like the benefits review on top, it does not cake but I would give it some time before you build your make up.OverallIt works! It really did even out my complexion tone and made my skin look fresh.It also lasts, there was no need for touching up. It is also breathable, so you don't feel like you are wearing a heavy foundation.Value for MoneyIf you have real problematic skin and are looking for a foundation that you can wear every day and not have to touch up then I would say that this probably one of the best liquid foundations on the market.

I have been trying out the vanilla shade of foundation for a few weeks now. Whilst I am not a plain Jane I am not a girly girl either who knows all the tricks to make your make up look flawless....until now. On receiving the foundation I did the usual matching test and to my shock it was a perfect match. As a fair skinned ginger girl this is pretty much a first usually am left with funny shades of orange or looking like a ghost. So far so good for me. Next was the full face application. I found a small blob on my foundation brush gave me an even finish all over my face. Tip: dab it around your face first then follow the tube instructions to apply in circular motions.I was able to apply to the whole face without using anymore and I had an event coverage. The finish was true to its promise and was matte, no shine for me!! :-) the tube design means to can literally squeeze every bit out of the tube unlike the pump action products. It's here! My new L'Oreal Infallible Matte foundation. On first impressions, it looks great, the packaging and branding looks like it's going to be a high quality product. Now considering I normally struggle with finding a great foundation that doesn't either dry out my skin leaving dry patches everywhere or leave my skin looking really oily I couldn't wait to try it free of charge and review it honestly!And I can honestly say I am glad I did!!! I normally struggle with colour match when it comes to my foundation, and finally I've found one that really doesn't look like I'm going to have to scrape it off. The colour is fantastic, and most importantly it's light in weight and feels great on.My husband couldn't even tell I had foundation on, but did comment how healthy my skin looked. Normally I used Clarins foundation, but after the last couple of weeks of using L'Oreal Infallible Matte Foundation my head has definitely been turned to the new kid on the block 😀😀 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I got Infallible Matte Foundation free from L’Oreal Paris and I'm glad I did, It was easy to apply and it spread nicely onto my face using my foundation brush. The colour was also good and was almost perfect for my skin colour. I wanted it to cover up my red mark I have on my nose that I've had since I can remember and it did the job O.K. it also lasted a few hours without it coming off, which isn't to bad and it also wiped of when I used my wipes to get make-up off. I showed my mum the product who only wears foundation when she is going out somewhere nice and she seemed liked she liked the look of the foundation and I also told my mother in law who only wears No7 and she seemed interestedin what I had to say about it and she did mention that if she saw it on offer then she would consider it.Over all the foundation was good and it smelt O.K. too and I liked the nib on the end so not to much came out.
