Well, I bought this mascara because I was going on a blind date and I don't wear make up so I thought I would buy some. It was the first time I had ever worn make up and I loved the mascara, let's just say I looked like a drag queen when I went to meet my date thinking I looked like Julia Roberts (not the Prostitute from pretty woman) It started to rain on the way to the restaurant and without realising my mascara had leaked all down my face making me look like beetle juice. I didn't realise this had happened and i politely introduced myself to my date. After ten minutes of meeting this gorgeous man, he got a phone call and then told me there was a family emergency (I could hear his mum on the end of the phone saying his dinner was ready!

I just couldn't wait to try Lash Paradise, so recommended by beauty Gurus - worldwide, so when I finally got one I was absolutely ecstatic and also slightly surprised. The first impression - well, I was a bit startled as UK version of Lash Paradise is a tad different to the US one. Not only the whole packaging - name - marketing but also INCI differs (UK version is enriched with castor oil). But hey, it is lash paradise so after really thorough check I can easily say it is just great.Mascara itself is on rather dryer side. It is not wet at all so it does not stamp on lids or under eyes - yay! no transfer which is always a pro. With lovely, deep black shade it is - in my opinion - just right for anyone.

I was surprised by this product. I was so sure I'd tried it in the past and not been impressed but I've waited until I've worn it for a week straight to write this review. I understand the hype. I don't know what I did wrong the first time I used it but I swear you need just a few wiggles through and your lashes are jet black, thickened and lengthened, all without clumping. I've caught track of my eyes a few times across a mirror or when I've gone to the gym and took off everything except for eye makeup and this mascara truly makes a difference to help your eyes stand out. I have very oily skin, especially eyelids and was previously using L'Oréal telescopic. This rivals that in terms of staying out,

I really like this mascara and although it isn't without fault, I would still prefer it over many others on the market.Initial impressions are great when you see the stylish exterior are promising - it looks like care has been taken to design something that you would be proud to be seen with. On first application I took a little too much onto the brush at once, not being familiar with the consistency or the effect on my lashes. On subsequent uses, I found that it is better if I use less and apply a second coat if necessary. A little goes a long way - it gives my eyelashes a major boost - lengthening and thickening - to the extent that I don't need to use eyelash curlers at all!

This is a very nice mascara that's packaged beautifully, it looks expensive and glamorous.The texture of the mascara is a little thinner than most and I think the neck of the tube could be narrower to leave less product on the brush. I felt there was too much deposited on the lashes and had to remove the excess with a lash comb to separate them out.However the effect is instantly noticeable in one coat! My lashes were fuller and longer than when I use a false lash effect mascara.It also promised no flaking but I have very oily skn and only 'tubing' mascaras don't flake on me. After several hours wear I did have smudging and flaking under my eyes but it wasn't the full panda look.

I'm so fussy about mascara so I wasn't expecting much when I decided to try this out but it has quickly become my new favourite go to mascara! I have short, blonde eyelashes so I'm always on the lookout for a good mascara and I just love how this product makes my lashes look. The Paradise Mascara gives me length, volume and definition and only takes one coat to achieve a dark, dramatic look. I love that this doesn't flake off during the day yet is so easy to take off at night using my Garnier Micellar water - a big bonus for me as the skin around my eyes is very sensitive and too much rubbing makes them red and sore. The only downside is it does smudge a little in the corners of my eye towards the end of the day,

WOW Volume!!I was blown away by this mascara. I am a Bad Gal convert through and through but I was looking for a cheap and cheerful everyday mascara to use when WFH so my eyes don't look tiny behind my blue light glasses during Zoom calls.Enter this wonderful mascara. It might feel a bit clumpy on the wand but the minute it touched my lashes BOOM! Kate 2.0 was born. I literally feel seen when wearing this and got tons of compliments - people thought I was wearing falsies (even with a single coat!). It doesn't clump, crumple or smudge after a few hours either, even though I'm super oily. I love the look of this mascara, the slim, sleek look is really elegant and the rose gold packaging is gorgeous.This mascara has quite a big sized brush that is super soft so it easily combs through and covers each lash. The brush also helps lift lashes and helps add a curl. My lashes looked really long and voluminous after just one coat of this mascara.This mascara contains castor oil which conditions lashes and I think this is why the mascara has a really smooth formula that glides through your lashes and doesn't clump. My lashes also felt soft and didn't feel weighted down. The mascara stays put all day long and doesn't flake. My lashes were jet black and looked lengthened and volumised all day.

Goodness! It does exactly what it says, longer, fuller, thicker, it's very easy to apply and dries fast with no flaking off and practically no smudging even on a very hot day. I'm just not sure about the brush supplied being the best shape though, I did one eye with the supplied brush and one side with a disposable spoolie brush where the bristles were all the same length and found I had a lot less clumping together of my eyelashes with the spoolie brush, but that could just be down to my poor technique and a quick comb through with an eyelash brush soon sorted out the clumps. The main thing is I had big beautiful eyelashes and definitely would buy the L'Oral Paradise mascara again and I recommend it to everyone of all ages.

I think the packaging is 9/10,It is an attractive colour and it shows you straight away the before and after of using the mascara.The bad bit is that when you are taking it out with you to places it has a bit sticking out, so it needs to be in a bag of some kind, so the box isn't very practical, but the rest is great and sturdy.The mascara itself is also a Rose-gold colour that is very cute and it is easy to open.The mascara is easy to apply and the before and after is very pleasing.It does not make your eyelashes stick together and the stick is a good size. The brush is a good shape and the mascara makes your eyelashes look very long. I would give it 11/10 removing the mascara was the easiest I have known.
