Love this colour 9 Natural Light Blonde, it covers my grey and still looks natural. People often comment on my hair and say how nice it looks and are surprised that I colour at home. My hair looked lovely and felt soft after use and there was no after smell from the product. The gloves seemed smaller than usual, they were hard to get off and put back on again during the development time so I changed for some others I already had. Also the colouring crème product was really hard to squeeze out of the tube into the developer bottle, never experienced that before. In the end I put the top back on and cut the end of the tube off and squeezed it out that way.

Bought for my mum who is 86. Even though she is indoors because of covid-19 she still cares about her looks and she has used Excellence for years now & finds it very to use. The colour on her lasts for about 5 weeks. Usually she uses dark brown or Golden brown but they were not avalilable at the time. This colour has come up a nice mahogany colour & she said it was nice & good for a change. Obviously I think she will go back to the usual colour the next time when she finds the right one.

First time I have had to dye my hair for many years. Wasn’t sure what to go for but went for 8.3 golden blonde. Very easy to use, plenty of product (my hair is just above my shoulders and quite thick) and I could do other things while I was waiting for it to process. I did my roots first, then whole head for 10 minutes. I’ve done it twice now and both times the colour is a little bit red to start but then fades to golden blonde. Nice condition after too.

Great product easy to use with great coverage. My only problem was the product was obviously packaged to sell in a foreign country such as Poland as all packaging and instructions not written in English. Ok if you know what you are doing but it was a first time for me. Not sure I realised this when I purchased but maybe the small print warned me and I missed it. Nevertheless my hair looks fab and the product itself is great!!

Easy to apply .. used on roots and applied via nozzle then with comb supplied .. 40 mins on roots then 5 mins all over hair .. hasn’t damaged my highlights and looks natural lightest blonde .. has been 3 months since I saw my hairdresser and will be a while before I see him when lockdown is over .. was bit nervous doing my own hair but no worries and pleased with result

product arrived earlier than expected, instructions are not in English but were pretty easy to follow. Amazing results and has lasted more than 1 wash so far! If you have long thick hair like me and want a full head of colour ... buy 3 boxes, i only bought 2 and wished I had bought 3.Overall, amazingly bright colour and very happy with the results.

I read some of the reviews for this product and it almost put me off using it because they didn't seem that positive. However, it worked wonderfully on my light brown hair. It is not as light as shown on the top, but still light and definitely natural looking. Alot of people said they really love the colour. I would personally recommended.

Very good item. First home dye to ever cover my grey. Im sure this product contains more dye than any other box dye ive used as my hair is now way past my shoulder and one box was plenty. Included in the price is a treatment too. The colour is how i like it too. Ordering a few more whilst in stock.

I use this and 9.3 together...to get the shade I want. Lovely product with pre colour balm and a useful comb attachment on the applicator. After colour conditioner tends to be a bit 'heavy' except immediately after colouring, but OK to use once in a while.You may like to see my review for 8.3

Bought this to darken my hair, which did not work as well as I thought, but my natural hair is blond and it may have required more than one application. Having said that, my locks are shiny, soft with added body. User friendly. Take the advise and perform a skin test first. Worth the price.

I used this over a dark blonde permanent dye on top of bleach blonde. I coverer the beach with the dark blond but it left my hair a little dull and grey looking. I then used this one and it brightened it up no end. Really happy with the warm golden tones in my hair now. Would recommend.

In fairness I found my hair was left soft, shiny and in good condition. I actually ordered excellence by mistake as I usually use Casting.. I have marked 4* because of the condition of my hair but it didn’t cover my hair (the grey) as well as the L’Oréal Casting does so won’t use again.

Couldn't wait to colour my hair, which I normally have done in the hairdressers. But because of the Coronavirus and the hairdressers being shut I needed to do my roots. Really pleased with the result and will probably carry on doing my own. Very easy to do with clear instructions.

During lockdown 1, I used this product as the hairdressers were closed. I am now having to resort to dyeing my own hair again during lockdown 3. The colour is a great match for my auburn hair. Instructions are easy to follow and the end result means I have no grey roots?

Review is more to assist others, haven't actually used yet. But have used exactly the same product from another supplier. I notice this doesn't come with instructions in English. So photos are of the instructions in English to assist, hopefully you can view and zoom in.
