Rock solid bit of equipment, excellent range, ultra easy to configure, client modes a bit iffy at times but once it is connected it works perfectly.I Recommend upgradeing to hyperwap 2.08 , you can boost the transmission strength by up to 8 times 15mw - 83mw. Optimum reported strength being 45mw (to avoid internal reflection, routers shouting so loud it's deaf to weaker incoming signals).

I wanted to connect two PCs to my broadband, also a new works laptop with 'g' wireless. Being basically non-technical, the idea of configuring a router was worrying, but the Linksys Access Point was so simple, I was up and running AND secure within 10 minutes of getting it out of the box.A terrific product at a great price.

I've never had a problem with this product, combining it with a Dlink adsl modem to share an internet connection. The range was excellent, I could get a signal two floors above the router. The configuration was very easy and user-friendly!

Installed three years ago, still working, no problems, just does what I want, what more can I say? Only reason for replacing it is if you need the latest network N standards for more of the same.
