First of all the packaging for this item didn’t exist! Unlike usual amazon deliveries that use up a 1/4 of the amazon rainforest to package them, this came with the postage stickers just stuck to the box.... not even a bit of tape to keep the box closed!Once opened, straight away you realise that even tho I live in the UK I was sent a European adapter for it....Got an adapter and set it up with my Virgin WiFi, easy to set up, but didn’t do what I wanted.... 200+mbps connected to router, only 8mbps connected to extender :(Sent back for a refund.... and yes sent back with the same packaging amazon deemed suitable to send it to me....

Utterly useless. Setup is fine but then becomes unresponsive within a few minutes requiring a reboot. Upgraded firmware to latest version and also tried connecting to a friend’s router, no improvement, have now returned it. Avoid.
