This toy is awful, the buttons just pop out when you press them and the chap at spotty green frog told me that "as long as you press them gently" it's fine. It's for kids for goodness sake. Is refusing to refund my postage as is arguing that it's not faulty. My advice is don't use them or buy this product

This toy is hopeless. The number keys are awful because the children can push them into the unit as they are only secured by elastic. The scanner fell off instantly. Really really bad. Don't buy this product.

This product is such poor quality it is shocking. The number buttons can be pushed in completely and are tricky to get out again. Don't buy!
