I always have to have a long talk with myself trying to make the case for spending this much money on cookware but I'm always glad I did with Le Creuset. Their cookware always makes the task so much easier and the results so much better. My pancakes cook perfectly with even browning and flipping them and cleaning up afterwards is a breeze. It's nicely weighted, too -- solid, comfortable handle without dangerous tipping when it's empty, but lightweight enough that it's not awkward moving it around. The lip is low enough to make flipping easy but just high enough to make it good for omelets and other things that might run over on a lower lip.

Good build quality. The handle does not get too hot (which is a problem with many of these pans is that the handle get really hot so you risk burning your hands unless you remember to use a cloth of sort). The other positive attribute is that it's heavy enough to stay put on the stove (which is a issues with many of the cheaper pans). We've now used it several times to do pancakes and it's certainly up for the job. It should also be good for all sort of flat bread baking (but haven't tried that yet). Taking on star off for the price which a bit steep (althoug I would not go for a cheaper one with lesser quality).

Solid well made - just what you would expect from Le Creuset. Handle is riveted on to pan so I can't see it becoming loose over time. Pan has a nice feel and heft to it. Bonus is it can be be put under the grill or into the oven as it is all metal. This was a clincher for me as I use it for making pizzas on an induction hob - best method other than a pukka pizza oven. Cook the base on the hob and make sure the base of the pizza is charred in places then pop the toppings on and put under the grill to melt the cheese. This method ensures the tomato sauce and mozzarella doesn't dry out.

This is a fantastic crepe pan. It is not too heavy, so you can flip the batter mix across the surface really quickly, and make very thin crepes. Also the handle doesn't get hot, and is long enough so you are not too near the heat. I don't particularly like non-stick as it tends to wear down in the end with the heat, but as this coating material is toughened I'm hoping the surface will stay as good as new for a very long time, & 24cm is the perfect size. A good buy, and I'm very pleased. Every one of my pancakes were good!

This is a fantastic crepes pan! After a few cheap options I decided to invest in a proper crepe pan and no regrets. The problem with the cheap ones is that after a few use the bottom surface is no longer flat, messing up the cooking of your crepes! This one is excellent quality and also very easy to clean! Considering this is my 4th crepes pan I would recommend investing straight away into this top of the range one as opposed to wasting money on cheap ones that will only last a couple of months.

This pan is definitely on the pricier side but don't let that put you off! The quality of the materials and manufacture are clear. It's the only frying pan that I have ever bought that is completely flat, and has remained so after use. It is made for crepes/pancakes so it is pancake-sized and very shallow, and therefore not really suitable as a multi-purpose pan. I bought if for my husband as he likes making sunday-morning pancakes and he loves it!

I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A BAKESTONE FOR YEARS. ONE THAT IS THE SAME AS MY GRANDMOTHERS AND I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIND ONE. THE CAST IRON VERSION JUST DONT DO IT THIS PRODUCT WAS BRILLIANT I HAD MY NANA S ON ONE HOB AND THIS ONE ON THE OTHER AND THE BAKESTONES WERE AS GOOD ON BOTH PANS. AT LAST I HAVE FOUND ONE AND MY MAM CAN HAVE MY NANS ONE BACK GONNA GET ANOTHER ONE SO I CAN COOK MORE CAKES QUICKER

I always hesitated to buy the expensive pan until I made up my mind buying the crepe pan from Le Creuset.It is such a fantastic crepes pan! The pan is in excellent quality and it is very easy for me to clean it after the cooking. I would like to recommend this pan to everyone straight away, and advise them not to waste money on cheap pans that may last just a few months or less.

Bought this for Shrove Tuesday along with a WMF spreader, made excellent pancakes, I didn't even have to throw the first one away, and have used the pan a couple of times since as results were great. It's not cheap but since when was anything good and/or Le Creuset been so, it really is an investment as should last for many years as long as stored and cared for well.

i bought a few le creuset frying pans and crepe pan for my wife for christmas. very good quality and now she keeps them for "best" I also bought some pan protectors from lakeland so they don't scratch each other when stacked... all in all, we are very please wit the quality and performance - would buy again

Heavy duty Le Creuset quality and construction. Rolls Royce quality as you'd expect. High quality riveted steel handle. no plastic in sight. Non- PTFE coating - hard anodised. So, just about a perfect crepe pan if 24cm is big enough for you. Cooks pancakes easily and quickly without mess.

Very fast delivery and well packaged too, this Crepe Pan is excellent and worth 10stars its definitely the best Crepe pan that I’ve ever owned, I nearly lost a Crepe to the floor as everything just slips off so easily, absolutely wonderful and I’d definitely recommend this to everyone.

Le creuset never disappoint, it represent quality and long lasting. U can see the difference from other brands once you use it. It's just great quailty. I had another one before and it was bad just after a few used, so I decided to just get the best one. It's worth every penny!

Love it, pricey but you do get what you pay for, by the time you have bought two or three cheaper pans only to find they warp when they get hot or the handles work loose, you may as well have bought the right tool for the job at the outset. I thoroughly recommend this item

weighty but not overly so , it's quality through and through , great for so much more than crepes and omelettes, I use this for steaks and chops and eggs , all together the best pan I own, get what you pay for.............works on all surfaces including induction.........
