At this price not for the frivolous cook, but this apron is the real deal. It gives great coverage, is of a good heavy construction affording excellent protection. The colour is not ideal for me but was the only choice I could find in stock at time of purchase. It is designed to match up with the Le Creuset coastal blue range. I liked it's functionality so much though, that I subsequently found and bought another in a very appealing shade of royal blue. The darker hue doesn't show stains as much but, that said, they do wash well. The pockets are useful, as is the loop for a cloth. All in all the best apron I've ever had.

The quality of Le Creuset aprons is second to none. Practical and tough as old boots. I don't like the latest colour range with the notable exception of this one - Coastal Blue - which is the nicest colour ever. Perhaps this is why they charge a little more than for the others.................. ? ................ a bit like motor car manufacturers and clother designers, who would have you believe that you should pay more for an attractive colour(?)

Like the oven mitts i have bought before, this item was a bit expensive but definitely worth the money. Not exactly sure how all the coatings and all that work, but it is a well made apron that can withstand a lot of abuse. The loops and bands across the waist are really handy for keep dish towels at close hand. I would definitely recommend this to any Le Creuset fan!

I am a very messy cook.... food goes everywhere including all down me. This apron is just the job, not only is it huge but the neck loop adjusts, thus avoiding any chance of carrot peel etc escaping down between apron and clothes. As it is machine washable and has some sort of stain guard too it can be thrown in the machine with everything else. A great buy.

I bought this to go with the oven gloves and although I was expecting it to be great quality, due to the name and price, I was still really surprised. I am on the large side, but it fits wonderfully and gives great coverage and protection. The material is very thick but still comfortable. The pockets are a very handy feature too.

a very handy apron with useful pockets and even a loop for your cloth or tea towel. Plenty of room to wrap the apron around you so you are well covered - which is very good. Waist tie is very long to wrap back aroud and securely fasten (even on my 42in waist). Good quality material.

Brought this apron for my husband and was really impressed. it's good quality fabric, excellent pockets and towel loop (he always used to tuck the towel through his trouser belt!). Brilliant man size too. Would definately recommend. I might even buy myself one in another colour.

My wife loves 2 or 3 brands of kitchenware and kitchenwear; Le Creuset is one. Good heavy duty material that we expect to last for some considerable time, and in her favourite colour, which is colourfast for laundering. Can't go wrong with this. Would definitely recommend.

Although it is more expensive than normal aprons, it is well worth it. The cotton is superior to cheaper aprons and it is very well made. It'll stand up to day in day out use in a busy kithcen. The teflon coating is an added bonus.It makes a great present for any cook.
