How happy I was to have bought the pump the day my breasts were engorged. The diameter of the cup is great and fits perfectly so it doesn't hurt at all (some models do). Very easy to assemble and dissemble. Easy to wash. The price is good (especially compared to electric ones). Most importantly it pumps the milk very efficiently without tiring the hand even a bit. I have an electric one too and the only advantage of the electric one is that it does both breasts at one time. In terms of rapidity, the manual pump does the job in the same amount of time as the electric one. Even thought i stayed at home for 5 months after the birth of my daughter, I have pumped a lot to freeze and to have milk for our little outings.

Excellent pump which I use to take out with me on nights out in order for me to express, although u need a larger bag to keep it In. Would also take it for weekends away. No spillage & great suction without too much strain on hand. Excellent price for product too, £20 from the states...delivery longer due to this, but i wasnt in a rush to recieve...I have 2 Medela electric pumps which I use at home & I would still highly recommend this product!! Xx

Didn’t work for me... but the wife finds it great and the little lad is over the moon with the results.We found that the 2 suction settings are very useful.

Comfortable and Effective - a good buy! Had issue with a split valve and the seller put me in touch with Lansinoh who replaced it immediately without fuss
