First off, Amazon shipped these in a cushioned mailer and first package was empty as the tool had broken through. The second delivery was poking through again, but UPS managed to not lose it.I have only 2 minor complaints on this tool. 1) The tips were coated with paint or something that had to be scratched off for proper grip. 2) The tips were slightly large for a 4-inch snap ring on a turbo and too large for a smaller 3-inch. Great leverage but I should have gotten smaller ones for this job, presuming the smaller length pliers have smaller tips.(Also, Amazon description is ambiguous with regards to the size of snap-rings this tool is designed for... either 85-140mm or 8-400mm.

Needed this to remove a turbo snap ring. Most normal snap ring pliers were either too small or too weak to handle the task. Nothing available locally could work. This tool made easy work of it and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended quality tool, made in Germany I believe.
