A very practical saucepan, especially at the price. We have a hard floor so glass lids are out (who really needs them anyway?). The common alternative - a metal lid with a metal handle - is a great way to burn yourself. This pan has resin handles which are ideal - heat resistant, comfortably cool, and reasonably dishwasher-friendly. I say reasonably because we have cooked with one of these pans for years and eventually the dishwasher began to eat away at the resin. Still, when it was time for a new pan there was only one choice - another of these. Well, two actually. You can pay an awful lot more money for a pan that will cook your food no better (like most good saucepans, this one has a sandwich base too)

I love everything about this pan except possibly the handle which could be more ergonomic for a large pan (most pan handles have a bit of a curve to make them easier to lift). But it's ok. It's a nice lightweight - but not too light. I find most pans this size too heavy as I have wrist problems. It's a good traditional pan and a good shape to put a steamer on top. The vented lid is rather clever. Because the handle isn't that ergonomic I still need to use it two handed unfortunately, but it's the best pan I've found of this size that isn't too heavy (the glass lids make them heavy too).

A nice pan, so nice that I want to buy a larger version, 18cm's I believe but, it seems this companies 10% off promotional code, numbers and letters offer before the 14th of January 2016; doesn't work...This voucher as such, was stuck to the address envelope of which I'm quoting from, is in my opinion not worth the paper it's printed-on in orange. It seems there's also no-way of contacting the seller so, looks like I'll be buying the same size pan from elsewhere.Nothing wrong with the pan, not so for the company, for not honouring it's commitment.al'. I bought four of these in different sizes, and they are excellent value. They are solid bit not too heavy, and well made. I like the lid which can be used closed or with the vent open. They are easy to clean, and the service via Amazon could not be faulted. A good selection of sizes,especially the smallest which fits one of my rings perfectly.

This is a really tiny, good quality saucepan with a lid with an adjustable vent that can be used vent open or closed. I bought it for my mother who lives alone and finds it the perfect size for cooking vegetables for one person - I've lost count of the number of times she has said "It's the best saucepan I've ever had!".

This is a nice quality pan.It's only small but it fits perfectly on the centre of my twin ceramic hob ring.It's perfect for one or two portions and cleans very easily due to high quality of the interior.The lid is vented so no need to balance the lid precariously to let the steam out.

I bought this saucepan to cook / warm up single portions of oatmeal, soup etc and it's a great size for this purpose. It is a small saucepan but it sits on my gas hob no problem and it cleans up really well. All in all a good quality product and I would definitely recommend it.

Pan arrived on time and has proved to be useless. We cannot see how it can be described as extra-deep. It appears quite shallow for it's diameter and is totally useless for cooking spaghetti, or other long Pasta. Return and refund were handled in a timely manner.

I bought to replace an existing saucepan of the same size. I couldn't find an equivalent in the shops, as I didn't want a metal handle or a glass lid. It's had almost daily use over the last year and is a very useful complement to larger saucepans.

Had been searching for a small lidded saucepan and this one was worth finding as it fits the bill exactly. Pleased with the quality, cost and delivery speed. Once again making Amazon one of those few companies who do exactly what you want.

Seems sturdily constructed and the bonus of a "plastic" handle that does not transmit head. The vented lid button is also a bonus. Some marks on the inside after first use and wash, but not untypical of saucepans made of stainless steel.

When I received this item I was initially disappointed due to its small size, however, I have found other uses for it...particularly when making sauces requiring high temperature heating. Turned out to be a kitchen essential for me.

Good saucepan, arrived in good order and speedy delivery but the product description may need to be changed.It clearly says on the label attached to the saucepan ' Suitable for use on all types of stove tops EXCEPT induction.'

I bought this stainless steel saucepan because I had worn out a number of non-stick saucepans in quick succession. So I’m back to basics and have to stir to keep things from burning, but at least this one doesn’t wear out.

The pot is very useful in size, being deeper than the usual size of pan. The food cooks beautifully too and, it is easy to clean. My only criticism is that the surface marks easily which makes me want to keep polishing it!
