Fits into a saucepan, not only useful for frying, but for elderly people, used to boil vegetables in, can lift them in without risking scalding when carrying a heavier liquid filled pan, leave the water to cool first, lighter weight to manage, great tip.

Very pleased with prompt delivery etc , but pan was not correct for the depth of my chip pan . My own fault I should have read the dimensions more carefully .
