Yeah this is really top notch coffee. I have a been to cup machine that despite costing me over £3k is particularly fussy with what beans it likes to grind. Not user error, the manufacturer says it ‘only grinds quality’. But basically anything that’s slightly oily is useless to me. All Kimbo coffees work a treat in my machine and create a fantastic espresso. Lovely cream without fail. I do find these blends on their own a little weak, I normally mix the blend and it creates a lovely flavour. Otherwise the Kimbo 100% Arabica is the best in their entire range.

I'm no expert but I have a decent coffee machine and grinder (Rancilio) and I know how to pull a shot. My favourite coffee is Monmouth but it's around £30 for1kg! I have tried many different brands/blends to find something similar. I like a 'chocolatey' taste and a good crema. I'm not keen on oily beans or 'fruity' tasting coffee. Kimbo Prestige Coffee is very similar to Monmouth IMHO. Light brown 'crumbly' beans, smooth chocolate tones, good crema etc.. And it's less than half the price! I love this coffee.

If you're looking for a coffee that 'hits the spot' then this is the one for you. Lovely aroma, wonderful sensation to wake up your taste buds first thing in the morning. My Italian friend swears by it and I have to agree. The best coffee I've ever tasted. I'm a coffee person so it has to be good to give it this review. Try it. You won't regret it!

having first tried Kimbo in Naples I just had to get my own, This is still one of my favorite coffees and its taste takes me back to that wow moment when I first tried it standing at the airport.

Kimbo is my favourite brand and prestige my favourite type, deep roasty flavour, chocolatey but just sharp enough for a good balance makes great macchiato or flat white
