This arrived today, I’ve only used it once so my review doesn’t consider longevity.I note some reviews refer to the smell of rubber/plastic however I’ve had no issue, my keep cup doesn’t smell of anything and when I washed it after it contained coffee it hasn’t retained the smell of coffee. I’ve only used to once so this mag change over time.There’s also a few comments about this not retaining heat, I was however aware that it was a single skin plastic cup and therefore not designed to retain heat as some double walled travel mugs do. I bought this primarily because I want to have a drink on my commute into work, I don’t want it to be stay the temperature of molten lava for 10 hours,

I have had this keepcup just over a year now and it's been brilliant - not without the occasion flaw but it's a lot better than the others cups I have tried.Occasionally. When I am driving and I have filled the mug up too high it will leak out- quick fix, don't fill up as high and doesn't leak.I agree with some of the other reviews that the mug can be quite hot sometimes but again, I found a fix around that, the silicone band that surrounds the mug does do it's job and makes it possible to hold without burning your fingers off (But the silicone is still warm)The only big flaw for me was I've always hand washed my mug and it's been perfect I've never had a soap taste in my mouth or plastic. Good;Far better for the environment (Obviously)Hot soap and water with a sponge will easily remove the previous Coffee/Tea aromasExcellently designed lid and seal, won't drip at all. The entire thing (including the white plastic tab) can be disassembled.No plastic taste that some report. Can hold a good Cappucino's flavour very well.Replaces most (but not all) cafe's Large coffee sizes.Improvements:Better heat insulation. Although to be fair it isn't sold as a 'thermos-flask', it's essentially a well engineered, hard plastic mug.Slightly crude design but then again there is the glass version.

I bought one of these cups a couple years ago for work, and am pleased to say it’s still going strong. Started off as completely leak proof, to the point that I could put the full cup stood up in my handbag and never had any trouble. Has become less leakproof after about a year and a half but this is to be expected and only leaks if shaken vigorously (which is to be expected no matter the quality of cup). This one was purchased as a gift and the recipient seems very happy with it. Great idea to reduce waste and a good price and many different colours and sizes to suit all.

This is a good quality reusable coffee cup. Got the 12oz medium which is about the size of a medium takeaway coffee. It's actually bigger than I thought so thank god I didn't get the next size up.Buyers should keep in mind this cup is NOT designed to be leak proof or keep your coffee hot for prolonged periods of time. It might be leak proof momentarily but it's for using like a takeaway coffee cup, which I find great if I don't have time to drink my coffee before work in the morning. I've also bought a 2nd one for my partner.

Love these cups. We use them for our small children- they can even be flipped upside down for brief periods of time and not leak, which is handy when they get knocked off the side of the couch. Don't put Lemsip in them though - took ages to get the flavour out again!Really recommend this product. Take it in to coffeeshops and they'll happily refill it - Costa and Pret both give a discount if you do so. Easy to keep clean as well, no faffy bits. Spilled a lot less than the plastic takeaway cups!

I love this cup, use it all the time. I got sick of having a throw away coffee cup,so I bought this after reading some reviews. It's a little more expensive, but like most things in life, you get what you pay for. I drink black americano mostly, and find this cup has no impact on the flavour at all. It's easy to clean, I just put it in the dishwasher with the other cups.

As stated in other reviews not the thickest plastic but definitely does not burn my hand with hot coffee inside. It came in fully recyclable cardboard packaging which is a plus. Definitely leak proof, I even turned it upside down out of curiosity and nothing at all - very happy with purchase and the fact you can buy replacement parts, if needed, makes it even better.

Big fans of keepcups here. I think we have 8 in total. Different sizes, materials. Love them all. They are so sturdy and lasted years even with frequent use. If something did break, you can purchase spare parts from keepcup so the whole cup won’t go to bin.This one is for one of our little ones. They drink their cool rooibos tea from the cups.

Nice color and good quality. Environment- saving product. However the cap smells of rubber. I am very wrong to buy the one with light green cap. When I drink coffee from it, it leaves my lipstick and coffee stains which makes the cup looks dirty. If i can choose again, i will pick a one with darker cap’s color.

This is my second identical cup, the initial one lasted me a few years but the lid snapped off. I liked the design so much I searched for the same model/make. Only after I ordered a replacement did I realise it's so enviro-friendly that you can just order replacement parts, so I'll probably do that too.

Brilliant cup. Not too big either, just the right size for a ‘normal’ cup of coffee, and way nicer to drink out of than a paper cup. Cup doesn’t leak per se but it does have a hole in the top to drink out of so it can spill, even if the stopper is in, but in reality only if you are careless. Love it!

Lid split within 3 monthsUpdate - contacted keepcup direct and they responded within an hour, sending me a code for a replacement lid. I’d originally given 1 star but have increased back to 5 because of great customer service when things go wrong. Well done keepcup

I love Keep cups, robust, lightweight and great to pop in my handbag when I go out. The top seals well and you don't have to worry about a little bit of liquid left in bottom as the effective seal keeps it from leaking. Top is great to drink from.

Product is good, I use it in the office daily. The lid is a little tough to clean with the ridges underneath. The cover that twists on top comes off too easily, and doesn’t shut properly in the hole. Apart from that, a generally good cup.
