I started purchasing this BRUT deodorant around two months ago, after the deodorant I'd been using previously, began unjustly started charging more per can for no apparent reason at all. Since that time, I have been very impressed with my new deodorant - I have sensitive skin, and have had no problems at all using this. I find the scent pleasing and masculine, although I wouldn't call the scent subtle - I got a little carried away with it one day, and was compared to a handbag that a certain kind of woman might carry! I guess what I am trying to say is that you don't need too much of this stuff!Overall, it is an affordable way to keep perspiration away,

Question: What is the essence of a man? Answer: Brut – at least, it was in the 80s, but I think it still smells pretty decent in modern times too.This has fitted nicely into my OCD 10-year plan, which is as follows:20s = Lynx30s = Right Guard40s = Brut50+ = Old SpiceApparently, the top notes are anise, basil, bergamot, lavender and lemon; middle notes are geranium, jasmine and ylang-ylang; base notes are oakmoss, patchouli, sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla and vetiver. I would personally describe the fragrance as… Very Nice!Longevity wise, it seems fine to me. I spray it on after my shower in the morning and can still smell it on myself before my evening shower.

Brut Original Deodorant has a refined masculine fragrance with hints of spicy, lavender and amber. It also has a blend of citrus top notes to give you a refreshed feeling.During summer it protects from body odor due to heavy sweets for a larger time frame when compared to other brands. It wont let you down in the middle of the day.The one main feature which makes it a quality product is it doesnt make any white deposits in the underarms. Few brands will form some deposits even when sprayed at a distance and it will be paintaking effort to remove them.

I got this to get my order over £20....it is a brand from the 70s...but its actually its alright!. It is also a true deodrant in that it does not block all your pores up. I find current anti-perspirants often like glue and difficult to wash off. Why on earth do people want 48hr 72hr or even 96hr durations?! You may as well paint your underarms with varnish.....or just have a wash more regularly perhaps?!

The great smell of Brut. This fragrance has been around for many decades and, in my opinion, is timeless.It was advertised in the 1970s by Henry Cooper.Our local supermarket has stopped selling this product but, once again, it's Amazon to the rescue. The other Brucie bonus, is that Amazon's price is cheaper than the supermarket's price was when they still sold it.

Bought 2 tins for a bit of nostalgia from late 70s It all came back This deodorant is a good strong long lasting smell unlike a lot of other that fade I love the scent of it but you have to make you own mind up if you want a more delicate spray It has become very popular again and I can say the tins last ages so it’s good value and you smell good too

A great 70's/80's retro scent which is so trendy. Makes me think back to my youth. The scent is quite long lasting and you don't need much of a spray. Youngsters in the office enquired what the great scent was, they have never smelled it before . Will definitely buy again. Note this is just a deodorant and not an anti-persperant.

Blast from the past.Saw the Vinny Jones adverts on TV and thought I'd love to smell this again. Almost as remembered just a slight difference but I think it was aftershave that people wore then. I actually love the smell spicy and warm . Lasts ages and the memories......

I've had this deodorant on my monthly subscribe & save delivery for a good couple of years. I do not like blocking my pores with antiperspirant, nor do i like smelling like a teenager, so this fits the bill perfectly.
