Far better design than the original, as it kept falling off, if you turned just slightly the wrong way, hence the reason to buy this, the old one broke as it hit the tiled floor for the 51 st time.This stays put and of good solid construction.

Design suffers from flaw where the head can become detached from the swivel joint. Just make sure you align the flat spot with the key notch before pushing the parts firmly back together else you may cause damage.

The original head for the Karcher Floorsteamer had broken at the neck. The replacement is a perfect fit, so we are back in business! Thank you.

I had broken my replacement foot to heavy handed with it I was so happy you could replace it for me in time for spring cleaning

Genuine replacement part but hugely expensive. Can nearly buy a whole replacement steamer for the price from Karcher outlet.
