I enjoyed this whiskey very much. Especially the peaty feature within this whiskey. The whiskey is smooth and when you engulf it, it gives you a warm texture throughout the process of travelling down your throat. However, this is definitely not for the light heart whiskey lover as this does have a kick into it when you first try. This is one of the whiskey I grew to love it very much but I have to say the Jura 21 is still a better choice, however for those who like it less peaty Jura 16 is a bit lighter mood and texture is a bit less complex.

It's smooth, reasonably complex and lightly peated. I find it a bit too one dimensional and lacking is sparkle. I personally prefer Bunnahabain 12 which has more character and is cheaper to boot. That said, my personal favourites are from Ardbeg and Laphroaig which are of course a very different proposition.

tasy and highly recommended - however upon delivery I was not at home so this was left outside my property beside my bin.. when i got home, it was pouring down with rain, the box was saturated with water. Luckily the item was ok which was to be gifted..

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband who likes Jura Malt Whisky.He said although it was a lovely whisky, having already tasted the others he didn't think it was worth paying almost double for the Jura Phophecy.

Bought this as a special treat and it went down really well with our friends- an especially good recommendation considering we live in Scotland and they know a thing or two about whisky! A wonderful, distinctive flavour.

A very unique and limited annual release whisky. I found it beautifully silky and with a very pronounced peaty and smoky character. One of my firm favourites despite the price! Like drinking a glass of sweet peat smoke!

A real nice drink! This whiskey is so much better than I thought, worth every penny.... Looking forward to Christmas now :)A must try for Jura lovers.

Stunning, not normally a whiskey drinker but this is like no other .A great peaty taste which lingers.
