When I adopted Buster 5 months ago and took him to the vet, they told me to brush his teeth every day. I got the finger toothbrushes and tried that, but he wouldn't open his mouth for me, and always just licked the meat-flavored toothpaste off of it before it could do anything. Also, I felt like I was just ripping up his gums. I also tried super-soft kids' toothbrushes with the same result, so was only brushing his teeth once every couple weeks, and it was a very unpleasant experience. I got these a month ago, and with them, it's literally as soft as my finger, and since there are no awkward objects, I can get to the insides of his teeth, too, and doing it every day is no big deal whatsoever.

I LOVE the John Paul pet wipes, for the ears, and eyes. They work really well. I have a Bichon Frise, and they have a tendency to get the watery eyes (that stain). However, if you keep up with it, and don't let it build up, these wipes work really well. They clean the ears great also. I LOVE this brand of products. I have used most every product in their pet collection. The whitening shampoo is GREAT, and if you're like me with a white dog, it's important to have a good whitening shampoo. Then their conditioner, and spray in leave in conditioner are both so good. Like I said I have a Bichon Frise, and they have long curly hair, that loves to mat. At least I like to keep my Bichon Frises hair long,

These wipes are awesome! I just reordered them and using them on our Doll-face Persian kitty. It smells amazing, I just wipe the kitty all over his head, ears and body with it and he doesn't fight back at all, he likes the smell too. The wipes tear out easily which is a key because I'm holding the kitty with one hand so I gotta do everything else with the other hand. After using the wipe I just brush and the fur comes out soft and even and fluffy, I use it even around the eyes which is a huge thing with Persian cats as their eyes are always running. But seriously: this wipe smells so nice that once he is done with his cleaning the whole entire family would go around and bury their face in the cat's fur smelling him.

These work really well for my 20+lb dog. I have used these over the past two years with him. He is a white dog so every part of his body gets wiped and the feet get washed with water after the walks, as a result we go through a lot of these - 45 sheets does not last long (Because my dog has had infections of the pads of his feet, I also use an antibacterial wipe in addition to these. This combination has done well to keep the fungus/frito toes smell to a minimum) I use these to wipe everything from his eyes to his butt after a messy poop. The thing that I like the most is that these do not leave any residue on his fur and the scent is fresh but minimal, these do not overwhelm my small dog with perfume.

Well, I love Paul Mitchell products and was pleased to find out about a year ago they do a whole range for cats and dogs under the label 'John Paul'. Today I'm reviewing the full body and paw bathwipes. They have a delicate but fresh smell; and remain fresh to the bottom of the pack. Using them: well my cat Isis takes alot of oral medicines that make her coat sticky if we don't clean them off straight away so the wipes are really convenient. If you have an outdoor cat who is coming in grubby, they are great too. I have also found them useful with my elder cat when she is not well and has stopped cleaning herself. I would reccomend all cat owners have this at home, it avoids unneccesary baths,

I love this! It is not perfect, but it helps when you have a dog that is overly afraid/physically trying to get away from a toothbrush. This is not scary for her and she will actually let me use these for a bit.PROS: It helps remove discoloration, it is easy and convenient, dog prefers it, the wipes smell clean. It helps with bad breath, unless she has eaten these salmon treats my bf got her... nothing can save her from that fish breath. I like the the packaging is recyclable.I WISH John Paul Pet would make the wipes biodegradable, and if they are already biodegradable, I wish it would say that on the label!Also, smaller wipes would be nice for smaller dogs, but I can cut them.

The first time I opened a tube of dog toothpaste near my dog he took a quick whiff then ran across the room and stayed there. I don’t know if the source of his bad breath is so strong that it can control his whole body, or if he’s had some bad experiences prior to meeting me- probably the latter. Also for the sticklers yes the vet has checked him and his stinkbreath out. Anyways, these wipes are easy to wrap around a finger and gently introduce to my dog’s mouth. Front teeth, give a treat, back teeth, treat, bottom teeth (big challenge), more treats. We’ve now moved on to toothpaste on my finger and soon hopefully a toothbrush which would not have been possible without these wipes.

Just tried these on my dog and was so relieved that he didn't hate them as much as he hates the toothbrush! He didn't seem to mind the taste and it was easier to get the wipe and my finger in his mouth than brushing his teeth.I do like that the main active ingredient in these is baking soda, which I use for my own teeth. What I don't like, though, is that there are other chemicals added- especially several parabens and a vague "fragrance". I'd love it if they came out with a version of these that had more natural, non-toxic ingredients. Still, I give it 4 stars, because anything that cleans my dog's teeth easily is better than fighting him with a toothbrush.

Can't say enough about this product. Gentle for cleaning my Min Pin's eyes and ears after dog walks (he loves to sniff flowers and often gets pollen in his ears and eyes). Thank you Amazon for offering such a useful and affordable product for helping to protect my Min Pin's ears and eyes. I recommend these gentle wipes to all dog and cat owners. They are not heavily scented, are the perfect size with just the right amount of moisture. Get them! Your pet will thank you for it. My Min Pin looks forward to getting his eyes and ears cleaned and relaxes afterwards. No more itchy ears or teary eyes.

These are the best Pet Wipes for my dog(s) teeth that I have ever used. My dog(s) enjoy the taste and just lay back and seem to enjoy having their teeth cleaned. The cleaning sheets maintain their moistness and never dry out. The cleaning sheets are 8" x 6" and are big enough for me that I am able to tear the sheet in half and out of 45 sheets I get 90 sheets and they are still larger than a lot of cleaning pads I have bought before (my dog is between 20 and 23 pounds). I have been using these on my dog(s) for at least three years and hope they never stop making these or change them.

The Brand John Paul Is Amazing! These Cat And Dog Eye And Ear Wipes Are Amazing! My Pet Groomer Who Comes Every 2 Months Recommended These To Me I Had To Ask Her Because There Eyes Looked So Clean After She Had Done Them I Have Tabby Persion Kittens Which Are Long Haired Who Are Always Getting Tangles In There Coats So I Also Ordered The Detangler Spray Which Also Worked Amazingly And Got The Tangles Out Quick And Easy. Some People Have Commented They Are Dry But I Think They are Ok As Long As You Keep Them Stored In Room Temperature And Keep The Lid Securley Closed.

These are the best wipes I've found for my princess maow maow. She was diagnosed with chronic upper respiratory infections as a baby and has a history of gunky eyes and crusties in her nose. These wipes are soft to the touch, not too wet but wet enough and they help ease some of the discomfort for my girl. Having to clean her face so often, her eye/nose area get sore and sensitive. But the aloe in these wipes help to cool and soothe these areas. I've noticed that my kitty doesn't fight me quite so hard when it's time for cleanup. Thank you so much for this product!

I've been pleasantly surprised by these! I have two greyhounds and a pyr/kuvasz (big white fluffy dog), and I use these every other day. One wipe, if used carefully, can be used for all three of my dogs. I can feel the slight grain working on their teeth, and always get some discoloration that comes off on the wipe...so it must be working and doing something! Between the three dogs and soon-to-be-added cat, it is too much of a hassle to brush all their teeth, but this product works very well and I can take care of all of them within a couple of minutes.

Got a sample in a KitNipBox, so we bought a can of it. It's very mild but effective, and does well to get dirt out of our cats ears - they don't like it, of course, but it seems to be more effective than attempting to squirt ear wash down into their ears and suffering the various clawing that ensued. One wipe is sufficient per cat, and once a week seems to work well enough, so this canister will last a very long time, as long as you keep it closed. I may put it in a gallon zip lock bag just to prevent moisture loss.

These pet wipes have a clean scent that is not overpowering. My cat always knows when something is up, and she ran away whenever I took one of these wipes out of the dispenser. With use of a soft Jorvet nylon kitty muzzle, she calmed down enough to allow a quick wipe down. I can tell the cleaning agent is gentle enough for her because my hands are dry and cracked from frequent use of cleaners, and they felt better after using these wipes. For sensitive cats that won't tolerate a bath, these wipes are a great help.
