I had a Westie with major skin problems, spent a fortune at the vets, medicated shampoos, steroids and eventually a very expensive skin specialist nothing helped. My mum sent me this shampoo and I have to say it was effective immediately. The trick is to bath twice a week at first, then after a couple of weeks and if things have stablised once a week and do it religiously , if I go more than a week her skin starts getting red again. Just for the record it smells delicious as well, she is a very contended little dog again. Can not rate this product high enough, I have recommended it to many friends and as they say once you have used it there is no going back.

I really love this shampoo, it has a wonderful smell and leaves the dogs coat lovely and clean and so soft and conditioned, i used it on my jack russell and it was great but on my larger collie cross i struggled to get a decent lather and had to use quite a lot, which is why i would recommend it for small to medium dogs really because it is expensive.

It soaps well, I like the smell, my cat doesn't mind I think, he smells so sweet and feels so soft he's running away from me from all the cuddling. The softness wears off after 2-3 weeks as cat's taking it off with their little washes. I washed my cat twice with it so far, within 5 months, I have 90% of it still left - good buy,

Absolutely love this shampoo! I have used it on my cat and she comes out smelling beautifully. It's safer for her as it doesn't have any over powering smell or stuff. I love the fact that it has been tested on humans so I know it's safe for her. She comes out so soft and cuddly. I will definitely buy this again!!

My dog has terrible allergies to the extent I had a allergy test done etc but since bathing her in this shampoo I must say the irritation she had has calmed immensely and her skin problem has now nearly cleared . I would highly recommend this for any owner who has a pet with skin problems . Thank you

Best shampoo ever, Recently one of my dogs was bitten by a Harvest mite, and suffered so badly , constantly scratching night and day. I tried several lotions, buy nothing really had much effect, so I tried this oatmeal one and it took a couple of washes, but it cleared it up. Good stuff.

Ordered on a Saturday afternoon, stated would deliver the next day, bearing in mind it was a Sunday I was not expecting it to, arrived the next morning brilliant! Product smells great and already noticing the difference in my dogs skin.

This is great shampoo, has a lovely smell and doesn't irritate my dogs itchy skin, he's a bit dog so I dilute it with water to make it go further and use a scrunchy sponge to get a good lather, wouldn't buy anything else now.

I love using this on my doggie who sometimes suffers with itchy skin. I personally use Paul Mitchell hair products that I love, leaves my Tilly's fur super soft... Recommend

Fantastic for my Persian who are 11 and 12 years old. Normally I cut or shave their hair a little before bathing and their hair is easy to brush after it has dried

Excellent. My dogs not only smell lovely but no longer continuously scratch themselves - but beware as a little goes a very long way so use sparingly.

What a great shampoo, dogs coat is so soft after use, and you need so little to get a good lather, and your dog smell lovely after using it.

Been using this product for a few years on my golden retriever & collie excellent shampoo & smells lovely was recommend by a breeder friend

Great product. Worth every penny. Great for our dogs sensitive skin. Not needing a lot of product as its very strong. No perfume.

My west highland terrier loves this shampoo. As she has a rather delicate skin it is ideal for her and it is lovely and gentle.
