After trawling through loads of down coats that either made me look like a barrel or sat up above my knees, I came across this coat. It is simply FABULOUS. It is extremely lightweight but oh so warm and lots of other lovely features that include a cosy fleece collar and fleece lined pockets. The zip also opens from bottom as well at the top so makes for comfortable driving and also allows for the option of having a more casual look. The chevron design at the back is so much more flattering than straight panels. As for the fit, I am a UK standard size 14 and 5' 4" and I went for a large size simply because I wanted to feel comfortable and not squeezed in and also allow for some layering when the weather gets colder(

Details were as written,in the advert on Amazon. I am delighted with this light weight, really warm coat. The fit is as expected and allows for multi layers underneath. I am 5'8"and am delighted that the sleeves are the correct length.An ideal garment for winter.The colour is a good navy blue, which is versatile enough to wear with many colours. The fastenings and zips are of good quality and work well even when your fingers are coldiwould recommend this company.

I'm 5''4 around 130 Ibs and the size S was perfect for me. There is still room for me to wear a medium thickness jumper under this coat without looking like the Michelin man! Lovely stylish coat, keeps you cosy and as its a longer length keeps your bum warm!Tried a few other brands before settling on this jacket. They were more expensive but not nearly as warm! So I definitely recommend this :)

I purchased this coat as JW don't use down from live plucked or foie gras ducks and geese (see it online to believe it). There are a few other companies who adhear to this standard but many of the cheeper brands come from companies who support this barbaric and unecessary method of keeping us warm. WELL DONE JW. Its a massive step in the right direction.

What is there not to like? The coat is light and yet provides the warmth of a sleeping bag. Cleverly designed to give good support and cover around the neck; the hood cradles the head. The zipped pockets are excellent, including one on the inside. The size Small was as expected and a perfect fit for a size 8-10. I'm very pleased with the coat.

Bought for wife ready for a cold trip we have planned in December. She absolutely loves it! Tried it out dog walking and said it's so warm, comfy and same time looks great. She is size 14 and I ordered a large which she's happy with. She has said it's probably going to be the best coat she's ever had. Happy wife = happy husband ?

I am a 1.64m tall person who fits well in UK 10/ EU 38. I bought S and it was a perfect decision. It is not too big and not too tight, thus I can still wear a thick hoodie or jumper underneath :) Moreover, it is super light but yet very warm. I cannot expect more than this. Highly recommended :)

Undoubtedly, Jack Wolfskin is a class manufacturer. All their products are super warm and are best suited for extreme weather. I love this jacket because of its super warm and very light nature. The knee length makes it all the way more perfect. Would highly recommend this product :)

This is one of the most comfortable coats I have had. It wS my first Jack Wolfskin purchase and I have not been disappointed at all. It is totally windproof and keeps you warm. I don’t use it for the most coldest weather but I wear it also in the rain so it keeps me dry also.

I bought this item for my wife mainly for use on winter walks. She is delighted with it and reports that it is very cosy but not too warm. Based on the views of other reviewers I bought a large size for my size 14 wife and the fit is perfect.

My old Jack Wolfskin coat needed to be replaced and I am so glad I was able to find a close replacement. Handles the cold beautifully and is very light. I do wish it had both a zipper and buttons on the front but you can’t have everything.

Arrived before the due date. Fitted perfectly. Warm and water repellent as stated. We live by the coast and I have worn the coat walking along the prom in wet and windy conditions and I am really happy with it.

Absolutely fantastic , just wht I needed for the European weather this winter . I will be like toast .Size spot on, quality top.I am 10/12 bought m , got room for a jumper but I am sure I won't need one .

I have not stopped wearing this coat since I bought it. Its very warm and super lightweight. I was reluctant to spend this much but it is far superior to cheaper down coats so well worth it.

I'm a regular 14/16 and went for a large which fits well. Like that the arms are long enough for me as normally jacket sleeve are on the short side. Good quality. Arrived early.
